I had a brilliant experience with Martin & Martin move from Billericay. They truly made the difference in me moving home. In the lead-up to moving day, Kory and I had a conversation where he made sure I understood exactly how the day would look and what to expect, and the communication throughout was excellent.
On the day, the team arrived early and worked incredibly hard. They protected all my belongings and handled everything with real care. I was so impressed with their teamwork and how friendly they were.
As we needed to clean the house before leaving, I also used their in-house end of tenancy clean, and that exceeded my expectations too. Having all my needs met by one company made the whole process so much easier. I highly recommend them!

Martin & Martin handled our move from a four-story townhouse in Islington this July — it was no small job, as it involved splitting our contents between a home in Regents Park and our office in W1C. They made it look effortless.
From the moment they arrived, I knew we were in safe hands. Kory, Robert and their six-person team were organised, professional and easy to work with. They came fully equipped to protect our artwork / possessions and skillfully dismantled several pieces of custom furniture that I'd worried might not survive the trip.
What impressed me most was how they took all the stress out of what could have been a chaotic day. Communication was clear throughout, and they worked tirelessly to keep everything on track.

The team were brilliant in helping us move to Balisdon. They were professional, friendly and careful throughout my move. I used their Essential package, so I packed up the majority of my things, and they packed the big items like my 75 inch TV. 100% would recommend them.

We recently used Martin & Martin for our house move and, although it turned into a much bigger and longer day than I think anyone had anticipated, the team worked incredibly hard from start to finish.
It was one of the hottest days of the year and we were moving to a property with quite difficult access down a narrow road and driveway. Despite the challenges, the guys kept their composure throughout, were polite and friendly and constantly tried to take the stress away from us — telling us not to worry, not to lift things and that they would sort it.
The whole move ended up taking considerably longer than expected, but nobody complained or tried to rush off. They stayed until around 6:30pm making sure everything was unloaded and genuinely worked their socks off.
You could tell that they really cared about doing a good job and about us as customers. Moving house is incredibly stressful at the best of times and, although I think the scale of our move was perhaps underestimated initially, I can’t fault the effort the team put in on the day.
A hardworking, genuine team who clearly care about their business and their customers. Thank you again for getting us moved!

The team are brilliant. They moved everything over to my new place, and everything was protected using blankets and bubble wrap, including my T V and dressing tables. Nothing was damaged, and the communication really made things easier.

I moved from Wimbledon to Richmond and honestly it was one of the smoothest moves I’ve had. Corey, Robert, and the team were brilliant from start to finish. The full packing service meant I didn’t have to worry about a thing, they packed everything carefully and nothing got damaged.
The team was calm and professional the whole day, no stress or rushing around, which made a big difference given how draining moving usually is. By the time I got to Richmond I was actually in a good mood instead of exhausted.
