Had a wonderful medical pedicure with Melissa. She listened to all of my concerns, treated my feet with care, and gave me great advice and guidance. Also the complementary 3D foot scan was an added bonus. Would recommend and I will be returning.

I really was looking forward to my booking as Margaret Dabbs had quite good reviews but seems like you can't believe reviews these days as my experience weren't very nice at all. I made a booking for Margaret Dabbs in Notting Hill, London because of the easy parking options as it was Sunday. As a new customer I really was looking forward to my medical pedicure and express manicure both with the polish. However, the booking system booked me for 55 mins, which I was very surprised and called them up to ask if that is correct as I needed to book another appointment elsewhere and wanted to have all done on the same day. The customer service lady said that the booking duration is correct as both manicure and pedicure will be done at the same time, which already seemed weird for me but I just accepted it. What do I know. Of course, as expected, my appointment at Margaret Dabbs lasted for an hour and a half more than it was booked for, which also then ruined my next appointment and ended up with paying penalty for cancelling it. Really unprofessional. As the girls who were doing both pedicure/pedicure did not even say a word that their work will be delayed for so long. Also, I would like to mention that both girls were just after university and I assume they didn't have much experience. Which was also very disappointing as I booked senior specialist. Even if they allocated junior specialist, then at least put the right booking duration as it is very disrespectful to the customer's time and then not even acknowledge that they overrun. Really shocking.
The last disappointment was were the girl who did the manicure, ended up putting on the wrong polish and I only noticed when it was half way done already. As I was rushing, I asked to just finish but seriously??!?!?! How???? Never ever in my 30 years of manicure/pedicure experience I have never had anything like this.
Verdict - I'm not sure where and how Margaret Dabbs have gotten such a high and good reviews but it certainly wasn't up to my expectation. Perhaps the good reviews come from other branches but I certainly do not recommend Notting Hill as not only you will have very junior specialists allocated to you but also your booking will take twice as long if not three times longer.

Having now reviewed your appointment with the team, I’d like to offer some clarity. You had originally booked a Medical Pedicure with Polish, and our team were pleased to assist you in adding an Express Manicure so both treatments could be carried out simultaneously. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen delays with the manicure application, your appointment took longer than expected. This is certainly not the level of efficiency we pride ourselves on, and we have spoken with the team involved to ensure this does not happen again.
To try and avoid further delay, another member of our team kindly stepped in to carry out your toenail polish while the manicure was completed – and as a gesture of goodwill, you were not charged for the polish service. We’re also sorry to hear about the polish colour not being as expected on the hands. While the therapist did check with you before completing the application – and you had kindly confirmed you were happy to proceed – we understand that when time is tight, this can still feel frustrating.
We also sincerely regret that you were left feeling the professionalism did not meet your expectations. While our team includes highly trained therapists across different levels of seniority, all team members are qualified and trained to deliver treatments in accordance with Margaret Dabbs London protocols. Nonetheless, we take your feedback seriously and are reviewing internal training and scheduling to better support both our team and our clients.
