I’ve been a loyal client of Margaret Dabbs for years, but after my recent experience, I can no longer recommend them in good conscience. Following a medical pedicure in February, I developed a painful infection that required multiple courses of antibiotics. I informed the clinic, and while they offered a complimentary session, the problem persisted. I eventually needed a third round of antibiotics and I’m still experiencing discomfort months later.
What’s worse is how dismissively the situation was handled. Rather than taking the issue seriously or properly investigating, I was told that because I had signed a consent form, there was nothing more they could do. I felt completely dismissed...not the way any customer should be treated, let alone someone who has loyally supported the clinic for years.
Since this happened, I’ve spoken to others who’ve had similar experiences at Margaret Dabbs, which makes me even more concerned about the lack of accountability and care. For a clinic with such a prestigious reputation, this level of aftercare is completely unacceptable.
I expected far better from MD and I strongly urge others to think twice before trusting their health to this clinic.

I really enjoyed my first medical pedicure at Margaret Dabbs with Melissa. She was very nice and friendly and gave me some great advice and insight into my feet and how to take care of them. I left the shop feeling super pampered and refreshed. Would recommend this to literally anyone!
I first went to MD for their medical pedicure which is just amazing. You really do leave with new feet. However despite having terrific technicians in the standard mani/pedi department I’ve never had a manicure that lasts. I thought it was the MD Polish which was poor - chipped within minutes. But they’ve now added CND to the offer. And the same issue. Chipped the same day despite plenty of drying time. Unfortunately I chose an unusual colour so can’t repair it myself so resigned to heading to my event with chipped nails. I have given them a number of chances now. They’re premium price - £101 for a mani pedi - but there’s something about the foundational products that just doesn’t work for me. And I don’t do shellac before anyone suggests. It’s a shame because this branch also gives you SpaceNK points.
Had a 12 o’clock appointment for a luxury pedicure and shellac. Waited 15 min and no one had the politeness thing to say “sorry we are running late” or anything else polite to say to a waiting customer. But no heard nothing so when I went to address the receptionist she looked confused and said she has just been back with calls back to back. So I left

I had a pedicure done in a different clinic by an old staff member who recommended me the Margaret Dabs range for various concerns. I have never used a product that has worked so well. My hands and feet are over all so much more hydrated & the strength of my nails is amazing! Thank you so much to Saoirse. These are the best products I have ever used.
