Having spent 20 weeks with another estate agent who didn’t fulfil their obligations with a lack of interest and poor marketing , we heard Mallinsons had a different approach to selling homes. On meeting Mike we immediately felt in safe hands, he fully explained the procedure and was experienced with his knowledge of the area and the strengths of the house. We sold the house in just over a week and were kept informed at all times of viewings by Charlie , Sue and all the girls in the office. What a refreshing change for a firm to do as they promised and provide excellent customer service. I just wish more firms would take a leaf out of their book. Great experience and I would definitely recommend you giving them a go.

I can't recommend Jake at Mallinson & Co highly enough. From the very beginning, he has been incredibly efficient, professional and genuinely helpful throughout my purchase journey so far.
Jake submitted my very first offer on what will be my dream home, and he has gone above and beyond at every stage since. He even delayed his lunch break so I could get to the office with my paperwork, then helped with all the technical side of uploading the documents so everything could be processed quickly.
Communication has been outstanding. Jake has kept me fully informed about my vendor's house search and the progress of the rest of the chain, so I've always known where things stood. He also instructed my solicitors on my behalf, making the whole process much smoother and taking a lot of the stress away.
Whenever I've called or emailed, Jake has always responded promptly.
If you're buying or selling a property, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jake and the team at Mallinson & Co. A first-class service from start to hopefully the end of my purchase of my dream home - 10/10!

Promised a hamper after buying a £725k house but despite numerous reminders over 12 months, got nothing.
If they can’t honour such a small promise then I can’t recommend.

when we decided to sell our house we wanted to use a local independent estate agent, we were recommended Mallinson and Co by a friend and we were not disappointed. From the start of the process with Ben doing a online walk through of our house and posting it on Facebook to the advice we were given and the communication from the whole team at Mallinson's we could not have been in better hands. we hadn't sold a house for over 30 years and they helped us every step of the way through to completion. if we could give them more than 5 stars we would.

Great experience - had our property for sale with another agent for 6 months and 2 viewings - it was over priced. Mallinson’s valued lower but we achieved more than valuation. 5 viewings on the first day and 4 offers - we actually sold to the first person through the door. Also, purchased through Mallinson's - great experience as well!

We have recently sold our property with Mallinson’s. The set up service to get the property marketed was seamless and quick. With the current market it took around 8 months to complete. We had a chain breakdown and re-engagement with a new buyer throughout the process. The office team were excellent in updating us of the current status and liaising with our solicitor. I would highly recommend using Mallinson & Co to others and will also look to engage their services again. Thank you

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service from start to finish
I used Mallinson and Co Estate Agents for both selling my property and purchasing my new home, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The whole team was extremely professional throughout, and they always made sure I was fully informed every step of the way.
A special mention goes to Mell, who was excellent. She regularly sent updates via email, kept me well informed, and offered great advice whenever any issues came up. I also really appreciated that they were patient and never pushy, they always took the time to listen and explain things clearly.
A lovely extra touch was receiving a welcoming hamper when I collected the keys to my new home. It’s the little things like this that really make a difference and show they care about their clients.
I would definitely use Mallinson and Co again in the future, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

We recently sold our house through Mallinson and Co and we could not be happier with the service we received. As someone who has worked in the industry previously, Mallinson and Co stood out to me straight away, due to their presence on social media and after our valuation with Harry, we were confident with our choice to market with them!
Within a week of being on the market, our property was marked as sold STC and in that time we had done a dozen viewings and had multiple offers to consider. From this point they made sure the conveyancing process went smoothly, they were always on board to assist with any queries or issues within the chain and no request ever seemed too much for them!
As first time sellers, we cannot thank Mallinson and Co enough for their hard work and support in our moving journey and we would highly recommend them to anyone who is also looking to sell.

Well. What can I say about Mallinsons. They made a very stressful time( moving house is always stressful) very calm and they were extremely helpful.
I will highly recommend any one to use there services.
I have moved house many times in the past and this was by far the best experience I have had( not that I’m going to be doing it again in a hurry )😆

We were buyers, and found the staff at Mallinsons easily contacted, very helpful and knowledgeable about the properties we were viewing and when we came to purchasing a property, very good at following progress. When we went to collect the keys to our new house, we were delighted to receive a welcome hamper of prosecco and Yorkshire goodies.

Mallinson & Co. have successfully sold two very niche properties since the turn of the year for us - an eighteenth century cottage that we had previously rented out back in January followed by our main residence, a 400 years old Grade II Listed Farmhouse, at the end of March.
Ben & the team were both supportive and proactive throughout both sales, we would highly recommend them to anyone currently looking to sell.
