My beauty therapist did all the research for me on LED facial masks and decided on the Luminex Glow. I ordered it and it arrived the next day! I had a query about the straps so sent a text to Cameron who then rang me. It was all sorted very quickly and I was impressed with the service. It's too soon to see any improvement in my skin, but I am looking forward to that.

The product has an elegant and luxurious presentation, which instantly caught my eye. At 57, I’ve finally found something that complements my skin so well! It’s been a joy incorporating this into my routine and taking time for myself. My face, especially my cheeks, now has a radiant glow, and I feel much more confident with less makeup. It’s been life-changing for meetings and face-to-face interactions. Definitely worth the investment!

I’ve been using the Luminex Glow LED Mask for a while now and I’m genuinely so impressed with the quality and results. The mask is incredibly easy to use and very comfortable to wear. The mask quality also feels really premium and well made.
As someone who struggles with psoriasis, I’ve noticed it really helps calm inflammation and soothe my skin which has been amazing. Another standout for me has been the customer service , it’s absolutely impeccable. The team are responsive, helpful and clearly care about their customers.
Overall I couldn’t recommend this mask more highly. It’s become a really valuable part of my skincare routine.

I have been looking and researching for a LED mask and I can finally say I found the best thing! Luminex Glow is great value for money and perfect for any skin concerns! The light covering silicone around the eyes is perfect and allows me to continue tasks without discomfort or distractions. The flexible silicone is sturdy and soft, feeling comfortable to wear! I have found a big difference in the Yellow light for my eczema! Would definitely recommend for sensitive skin concerns!

There was complications in the delivery of my product so it had to be returned, but this company handled everything so professionally. I would not hesitate to do business with them. They were very impressive.
I did extensive research to find an LED mask with the correct wavelengths and power, and Luminex Glow is the real deal. The value is unbeatable—getting the face and neck mask combo for this price is rare, especially considering the high LED count.
Standout Service: I was worried about my order arriving before a 3-week trip, but Cameron was incredible. He went above and beyond to help me and clearly stands by his product.
Travel-Friendly: It’s lightweight, comes with a portable bag, and uses USB charging, so I don’t have to worry about international adapters.
First Impressions: The fit is comfortable and the instructions are very clear. While it’s still early days and I’ve only just started using it, the initial experience has been 10/10. I’m really looking forward to seeing the results over the coming weeks and will definitely be reporting back on my progress!
Very impressed with my Luminex Mask. I love that I still look like me but it's a more radiant, healthy & glowing version. The face & decolletage mask target areas that are most sun damaged & my skin has responded well to regular treatments. If you only commit to one routine for skincare I believe this is the best you can do.

Would love to say great experience but as good as the leds them selves seem to work the straps seem flimsy and have already had one fall apart, reached out via their website and emailed support teams and after 3 weeks haven't heard anything at all and can not even seem to find replacement straps but managed to receive multiple emails to leave a review which I have waited hoping to be able to say how great the service was unfortunately not the case.
Very disappointed with customer service.
