Fantastic customer service I bought a couple of the masks as a birthday present for my twin sisters but alas it wasn't wanted. I felt bad having to return the products but Cameron put my mind at ease by his kind and considerate manner, and made the return process easy and painless. Thanks heaps Cameron! Although we didn't get to try the products this time, I will certainly be visiting Luminex Glow next time I am looking for an infrared LED mask!
