I had my alarm fitted with John and Craig and the service I received was far above excellent. Both were very quick and fitted the alarm, going through all options like nothing was too difficult. They also went through every step of setting up and using the alarm, very clearly and politely. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for any home security.

Locks and Alarms previously installed a wireless alarm system around 8-9 years ago at our property in Dartford. We have subsequently moved to Suffolk and despite talking to a few security alarms companies locally we did not receive the same level of service provided by Craig. We have since decided to use Locks and Alarms to install another wireless alarm system in our new property.
We are more than happy to continue to recommend Craig for the quality of work provided. His work and customer service is exemplary.

Craig and Jon are always professional, friendly and trustworthy. This time we got locks changed for the first time and the regular alarm system serviced (had for many years with Locks & Alarms!). It was my first day back at the property on my own for a while. Jon was there and explained everything carefully throughout the process and even helped troubleshoot some issues I had around the home. I honestly felt so safe and secure. They are genuinely nice and wholesome people. I highly recommend Locks & Alarms ltd.

John was great, really professional explained the problem fully. I was stressing that I would not be able to find anyone to fiz my alarm after power cut late on Friday afternoon , John came out within an hour and resolved my issue really quickly , he alsk providdd sveral options to update my alarm system in future

We have used Locks & Alarms since 2009 & would highly recommend. Both Craig & Jon (& Neil, their Dad, previously) are great lads. They are approachable, knowledgeable & professional in the way they go about their work. We have had alarm systems fitted by them across the years & they maintain them annually. Wouldn't use anyone else.
Annual service undertaken very efficiently, as always!!

I have been using Locks and Alarms for years now, both at home and at work. I have CCTV cameras and an alarm and all work great and the app is really handy and easy to use. They are such friendly people and always so polite and helpful, and very trustworthy. If we need anything they will offer advice on the best solution and get things sorted for us very efficiently.

We have used Locks and Alarms for our house alarm and CCTV since before the Pandemic.
