We had an amazing experience working with Emily Baker as our loan officer, David Baker as our realtor, and Hanni Pham as our loan processor. From beginning to end, they were incredibly helpful, professional, patient, and supportive throughout our entire home-buying process.
David Baker, our realtor, was wonderful to work with. He guided us through every step of the home-buying process, answered all of our questions, and made sure we understood everything along the way. He was always responsive, patient, and attentive to our needs. His knowledge, dedication, and attention to detail made the process much easier and less stressful for us.
Emily Baker, our loan officer, was absolutely amazing. She took the time to explain the loan process clearly and made sure we understood our options. She was always available when we had questions, kept us informed throughout the process, and worked hard to help make our dream of becoming homeowners a reality. We truly appreciated her patience, professionalism, and dedication.
Hanni Pham, our loan processor, was also wonderful. She was very organized, responsive, and knowledgeable. She helped us stay on track with the paperwork and made sure everything was moving forward smoothly. Whenever we had questions or needed help, she was always there for us.
