April and everyone at Littlebigbox has been so supportive on my website development journey. I must admit I had no idea what I was really after when developing a website. April met me with patience and compassionately supported me to develop a website that really suited me and my business. I would highly recommend Littlebigbox to any type of business looking to develop their website!

I met April through networking, and when she mentioned she's happy to work on websites she hasn't originally developed, it was a bit of a penny-drop moment for me. I'd been stuck on specific pages of my website and didn't want to overhaul the whole thing, so I approached April to help with just those. She gave me a clear quote upfront and delivered exactly what she said she would, on time. I'm delighted with the results. It's one more task off my list, and my website is only going to work harder for my business as a result. Highly recommend April if you need someone reliable to pick up website work, whether or not they built the original site.

I contacted several companies locally to assist with setting up my new website. April stood out as being able to help me the most within the budget I had. She wasn't neccessarily the cheapest but not the highest either. The package was right and April understood exactly waht I was looking for and created a website I'm really proud of. It looks great, so professional and has the right vibe for my face to face social dating venture. April was always very responsive to alterations and questions. She continues to sort little questions I have, as it's fair to say I am very untechy! I recived training too, it's just left for me to make it work now! I would highly recommend LittleBigBox wholeheartedly. Thanks April!

We worked with April and Little Big Box to rebuild our NHS GP practice website from scratch. April was amazing — the site had to meet various NHS compliance requirements, which she researched and resolved, and she created something that not only ticks all the boxes but is also really easy to use. We've had great feedback from our patients. She was super helpful, responsive, and made the whole process of getting a new website up and running really easy and stress-free. I would highly recommend her!

I worked with Graham on the SEO of my website which is an area I know nothing about. The report was very thorough and Graham is now coaching me through the implementation of my new SEO strategy. Only time will tell if my hard work will pay off but I have been really impressed with Graham and the level of support and service I have received. It feels very hands-on and personal which is so rare these days! Thank you Graham. I look forward to getting to the first page of Google in the next six months 😉.

365 Nutrition 2024.05.08

We worked with April recently to create a new website for our Sports Nutrition business from scratch. We had loads of ideas but we were finding it hard to create what we wanted ourselves with the free option provided to us by our shop platform. We had a call with April to talk through what we were hoping to achieve and she was able to bring our ideas together into exactly what we were hoping for! As part of the process we also switched our hosting over to Littlebigbox and have worked on some additional features with April since launch. She is always there to discuss new ideas, answer questions and support with things when needed which is so helpful for a growing business. The training guide you receive from her is fantastic too with specific video demos of functionality making it easy to follow to complete basic tasks. During the project we had a few bumps (I mean what project doesn't!) but April never shied away from a difficult conversation, she never disappeared or ignored things and was open and honest throughout the process meaning we could navigate any difficulties together and keep things on track. I really enjoyed working with April on our initial launch and will be continuing to do so on some future ideas for the site!

April has been amazing. She built a fully bespoke e-commerce site for my new business. It took me a long time to decide between a template service I could build myself or going bespoke and I am so glad I made the investment. April implemented my vision perfectly and was always able to overcome any challenges to make it happen. Her speed, communication, reliability, professionalism and technical skills are 10 out of 10. I've really enjoyed working with her and the handover of the finished site has been seamless. I'd one hundred percent recommend her. Thanks April 😊.

We purchased a complete website development, from scratch with hosting. What stood out was that April understood very quickly what we are about as charity and how our website needed to reflect that. Not only in terms of design and visually, but also in terms of how user friendly it needed to be. April has been incredibly professional throughout the process and worked incredibly hard to get our website up and running earlier than anticipated.

April and her team have done a fantastic job with building us our own bespoke Training and Personnel portal to run alongside our website. April took the time to get a good understanding of what we required, and had a lot of patience while we tried to explain it! And now the portal is up and running and it looks brilliant, very professional. We are really very pleased with it.

April was fantastic! We worked with her and Graham to rebuild our company website and sort out our SEO data. I honestly can’t rate them both highly enough! From the initial consult to the final result, it was so easy and we were guided every step of the way. The payments were detailed and broken down for us so we understood what we were paying for. Highly recommend especially if you are a novice to the world of websites like us - it’s important to be able to trust people when working on something, especially when it’s not an area you, yourself, aren’t confident in. And we trusted them 100% they gave us everything we needed and more. We LOVE our new website and the feedback from customers has been nothing but positive so far. We look forward to working with you both in the future to maintain our website and it’s running. Thank you both for all your hard work!

I first worked with April in early 2018 to create a new company website and was delighted with how the project went from start to finish. When I moved to a new company, which also needed a fresh website, April was my first port of call. She’s a great listener, taking time to understand the business and website goals, who then works with you to translate that need into a creative, impactful digital solution.

April helped bring my website dreams to life! I was very close to giving up on my dream project, thinking what I needed was too complex and out of reach. April took my ideas, made them a reality and then some. She helped keep me calm when I was panicking about various things - and she always had an answer for any idea I came up with. In short - she’s an absolute legend and you should definitely get her to build your website!
