Can't say enough good things about these guys Went in for tint, bedliner, and a bed cover, and the whole experience was great from start to finish. Staff was super friendly and everything was done in a timely manner. What really stood out was how accommodating they were. it was pouring rain and I had my 4-month-old with me, and they let me back my truck right into the garage so I didn't have to deal with the weather. Little things like that make a big difference. Highly recommend Line X to anyone in the area looking for truck service. Great work, great staff.

Excellent company to work with! I was told it would take 2-3 hours to complete sprayed in bedliner while I waited. Was in and out in less than 1 1/2 hrs and it looks great!

Honest Review ⭐️⭐️⭐️☆☆ 3/5 I wanted to give an honest review of my experience because I was really looking forward to having my new 2026 Ram done with Line-X. I planned this appointment about a week in advance. I had originally searched around Cape Coral and Fort Myers but couldn’t find a Line-X location that worked for me, so I decided to make the drive to Palm Beach because I wanted the Line-X name and quality. I drove a little over 3 hours to get the truck there because I had a lot of confidence in the product and the reputation behind the name. The day of the appointment, the liner was installed and, initially, I was very happy with the result. I did notice some overspray and brought it up before leaving. The issue was corrected, and at that point I felt better about everything. Honestly, I was still planning on leaving a fantastic review because I understood that mistakes can happen and I appreciated that they addressed the issue when I pointed it out. However, after getting home and looking over the truck more carefully, I found additional areas of overspray. Some people may not consider that a big deal, but I personally take a lot of pride in my vehicles, especially when it's a brand-new truck. When I'm willing to drive over 3 hours and pay for a professional installation, I expect the preparation and attention to detail to match the reputation of the product. In my opinion, the main issue wasn't the Line-X product itself. My concern was with the installation, masking/taping, preparation, and final inspection. More care during prep and a better inspection before returning the truck could have prevented these issues. I’m not writing this to bash the business. I’m sharing my experience because I believe honest reviews should include both the good and the bad. I appreciated that they corrected the first issue when I brought it to their attention, but finding more overspray afterward was disappointing. I still like the Line-X product and understand that mistakes happen. I just expected a higher level of attention to detail, especially considering the distance I traveled and the fact that this was a brand-new 2026 Ram. Overall: 3/5 stars. Good product, but in my experience the installation and attention to detail could have been better.

Extremely helpful, no hassle, honest people. Fast and courteous…responded super fast to an online inquiry, followed up with a call, told me when I could get the tonneau cover I wanted installed and did the installation in 20min. Won’t even bother looking anywhere else for truck parts. And the shop dog, Koko, is amazing!

Originally had an appointment at another shop and on the day of installation they canceled on me. Called this shop that day and they took me in the next day and honored the other shops quote. Got the Line X Max done and I must say it looks great and thick! I don’t see this failing at all. Way better than a factory job. Would recommend to anyone who cares for their truck. I will definitely use them in my future needs.
