My experience at Smile Dental Care was better than I expected. From the initial consultation to the treatment guidance, everything was explained in an easy-to-understand manner. Dr. Bharath Kumar was patient and approachable, which made it easier to discuss my concerns. The clinic was maintained well and the staff treated me respectfully. Overall, I found the visit organized, comfortable, and professionally managed.

Theres no zero star on the scale. Their drama starts even before the actual service starts. They insist on downloading their app without which they cant provide the services they say. They say they dont have any paperwork _ but they have too muxh documentation only thing is its not on paper _ its online. Then they threatened with withdrawing the service (which they hadnt even started) because i asked them a few details which they refused to provide and just asked me to check the website. Clearly their emphasis and focus is more on their app and their online thingy than on services. I provided all details i was asked in the whatsapp group they created yet members from the group again ask all details ( then why are we giving those details in the group ? Why create the group?) These guys seem to have lost their way from providing software services and ventured into caregiving services. Revenue seems the only motto. They took away the caregiver they brought because i told them i would write all this in the review. Thank goodness ive been spared from further not so great experiences from them.

We hired their services about a month ago, and the girl who was sent was pretty much a novice. Although they promise that their staff are trained, their training is hardly useful. The girl was okay and did her job, but then suddenly, we were told that her grandfather had passed away and she had to go to her village. Once she left, there was no contact with her. Even the company claimed that they had no contact with her. As for the replacement, the profiles shared were of young girls who were barely five feet tall. Imagine them handling a patient who is taller and much bigger than them! Despite raising this concern, no further profiles were shared, and suddenly, all communication stopped. What's the point of creating a group with 6 members when no one responds. Just a farce. This is not the kind of response one expects from services that are essential and need to be provided in a timely manner. When you lack that kind of approach, you shouldn't be in a business that involves looking after the elderly, because you are simply not showing the responsibility it demands. I am deeply disappointed by their lack of intent to genuinely help people. At the end of the day, it has just become a business.

Jitender, my SPOC, is a great Coordinator and CRM person. Lifecircle is, may be, the only home care provider who visit the patient and care provider every fortnight. The agency is good. We recommend a 5 star.

Always late, no replacement given even after 3 complaints. No refund policy. Rude management. Look for other option.
