Reliable The caregiver assigned to us Ms. Harilata was caring and efficient. She took good care of our 95 year old mother for over 2 years who was battling various ailments besides kidney disease and dementia. The only drawback was that the caregiver did not have any experience of palliative care.

The caregivers that Life Circle health care sends in Mumbai are the worst ones. They aren't giving any induction training. They have absolute zero manners and indulge in loose talks with family members.. They are a pain and a burden for the family members. The manager did come twice to our place and created a care plan but all in vain. It's so important to even discuss about the food habits of the caretaker too. A post graduate cannot be doing the job of a caregiver because he didn't find any other job...We had to wake up the caregiver in the morning, Even if my father called the caregiver by name, and wanted a glass of water, the caretaker would continue to sleep. Instead of being of any help to our family the person was burdensome..Just a advice to the agency, please match the caretaker & the patient properly, understand the needs of both and plan accordingly.....Let your services be truly 'care giving services'.
