We had a great experience with Liberty Pure Solutions. We discovered an issue with our one-year-old water heater over the weekend. An appointment was scheduled for Monday. Danny arrived promptly for the 8-12 time frame. He was friendly, professional, and polite. Danny evaluated the water tank and made phone calls to the manufacturer and home office. The decision was made to replace the tank. Prior to arriving, Danny had reviewed the service request details and came prepare with a new tank in case a replacement was needed. During the removal and replacement processes, Danny took time to put on shoe covers and place down drop clothes. He was very mindful of door frames and furniture. He worked efficiently implementing his professional skills for the duration of the installation. Before leaving, he made sure the work area was left free of debris. We recommend Liberty Pure Solutions and Danny for your water service needs.

Albert came to replace a toilet valve. We also asked for an estimate to repair part of our shower, and our hose bib. He gave estimates for all three jobs and was able to fix them that day. He explained everything, gave us the different scenarios, did a great job, and answered all of our questions thoroughly. He was wonderful. We highly recommend him and Liberty Pure.
