I am SO sick and tired of their ** commercials! There were seven of them in one half hour! I hate this company!
This group has been so wonderful in helping me through a hard time in my life. They are always available to help me through any changes and questions I have. They are an excellent health care team.
I have used them in the past to treat depression but took a break from treatment provided by Lemonaidehealth when life seemed more manageable and the side effects outweighed the benefits. They continued to text and email me to resubscribe despite asking to stop and opt out. Eventually, I find myself in a depressive state and looking for additional support. I schedule a visit and felt the nurse practitioner was very dismissive of my mental well being. Im depressed and I have Lemonaide health cancelling treatment despite me reaching out as a past customer in same exact circumstances. She asked me to reach out to my doctor but wouldnt that be the case for most people requesting their services? I cant cancel the marketing emails but they can be dismissive when I ask for help again.
Highly deceptive tactics: they lure you in with the promise of low prices, and then start charging you without consent for all sorts of stuff. They never tell you the price and charge you any amount they wish. They reduce dosages to tiny amounts and charge you the market rates for higher dosages and then tell you to pop 6 pills at a time. Then if you complain, they reduce the total days you'd get meds for. They explain nothing. I found out through my credit card that they charged me $75 for sending my prescription to a pharmacy! They didn't even ask me for consent before charging me.
I am a DDS who did not sign up for this program, yet it seems someone has set up an account in my name. ********************** keeps canceling my ticket requesting information, and despite multiple requests on my part, has never provided any documentation when I have requested it. I am concerned someone is committing fraud under my name. This doesn't seem to concern Lemonaid at all.
They told me that they would no longer provide care for me due to some policy that I was not aware of. So, now I am out of medication and having a mental health episode with no way to get my meds. I am low-income. I can't believe that they would do this to me at my time of need. They are discriminating against low- income people and minorities. If you are limited on funds, do not start treatment with them.
Zero stars!! Too many times I have had to without my medication for my severe depression because of Lemonaid Health. They suck! I take an anti depressant that give you severe withdrawal symptoms if I miss a dose. As of today b/c of this company I have missed 4 days. I have had to miss work because I am too dizzy to drive. But when you call them you get idiots that have no idea what they are doing. You cant file a complaint. You cant talk to a Dr or a physician assistant. This was my solution to not having insurance.Lemonaid is not here to help you. They are there to line their pockets like the rest of the greedy corporations that are holding sick Americans hostage. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. RUN!!
Used Lemonaid for many years and had a positive interaction with the company until they were bought out (I guess?). Anyways my experience with the new Lemonaid has been nothing short of a nightmare. Had no idea I was being charged $95 a month for a membership yet I had not been receiving any medication or even doctor visits so they have no problem taking money out of your account without delivering any goods or services. Horrible customer service and incredibly rude and condescending doctors. Would give zero starts if possible.
Paid and they debited my card. Was going to be simple medicine management. They stood me up for my first appointment and then messaged me.that they couldn't help me. Then I had to jump through hoops to cancel the subscription and then I couldn't delete my debit card and neither could their patient representatives. They told me to email them and they never responded.
Back in 2021, I was a member of Lemonaid Health for a few months and had a positive experience. I decided to join again but it was apparently Lemonaid ************ Complete which is operated as the same company but under a different platform. After being a customer for 3 months, I decided other options would be a better fit for me. Instead of taking the medications prescribed, I wanted to exercise more and follow a strict diet to see if that could help with my depression. Thankfully, I started to see improvements and havent taken any medications. Following the improvement, I decided to cancel my membership since $99/month wasnt getting used. I requested on how to cancel since I couldnt find it in my account profile. Later, I found out that I was in contract for a year. They mentioned I signed the agreement while signing up so I requested a copy of the document but none was given to me. (Im sure it was in the tiny print) How they tried to resolve the situation was to offer me a buyout of $300 for breaking contract. After all is done, I paid $300 for the service, $300 to break contract and met with a doctor virtually for 30 minutes. Also, I never received a follow up on the medication or anything but I never started taking them. Please be aware of entering in with this company and know you will be locked in for a year, ($1,200) at a minimum. Their reason was that the doctor does most of the work up front so if a client cancels, the doctor wont get paid adequately. As well as the medications need to take up to 3 months before you can start to see results. Well this contradicts their money back window as you have 30 days to try and wont be locked into a contract. How can someone try something for 30 days when they recommend 90 days to see results? Im an advocate for more natural means first rather than defaulting to medications and feel too many doctors choose this route. Highly disappointed in the company model and practice.
I cant say enough good things about this service. I recently changed jobs and the hours arent awful for doctor ************* I had horrible anxiety. Everything was so quick and extremely easy. Just try it. Youll be so happy you did!
Everything was amazingly smooth. Could not believe how affordable everything was. I have absolutely no complaints and all praise. I have been a mental health patient for 17 years and I have never experienced such ease in getting treated. Thank you!
They denied me antidepressants after my doctor took me off of the ones that I had been on for a year. There reasoning was that I have borderline personality. Because I couldn't get medication from them I have been going through withdrawal symptoms for a week now. When I called to tell them that their "guidelines" are discriminatory towards people with borderline personality they kept saying it's for patient safety. I argued back that there are numerous articles that support telehealth and antidepressants for people with borderline personality disorder and therefore the guidelines did not follow the science, the customer service person said their guidelines are developed by science and that we're not going to argue about what some scientific articles say because others could say something different.
I've been badgered by 3 different nurse practitioners asking me over and over and over and calling me about the same questions. It's herpes, not rocket science. I've had it for years. They are not comfortable with me telling them it's a cold sore. They ask more questions. I answer them. My husband used the same service for the same issue and he was only asked 1 question about an unrelated old script he doesn't get prescribed anymore and they gave him a script with no issues. But not me. They have 3 nurses literally harassing me at this point. Calling and emailing over and over again wanting to know the same questions that I already answree. I've told them that if they aren't comfortable with this then just tell me you can't help me. They all say they can help me they just need to know what's going on with me so they can prescribe me the right stuff. I tell them exactly what they want to know and they still talk to me like I haven't answered. They have made me feel really stupid for the 1st time in my life about this. They aren't listening to me and are calling me at weird hours and the phone doesn't even ring. It just shows a missed call every time. One of them eventually said "well if you are having an outbreak and use the medication, you should be seen in person." I agree! This is ridiculous.
Ive used Lemonaid for years, initially for birth control but more recently for Anxiety and Depression medication. Lemonaid has truly helped me so very much, I do not have a great financial state and havent had health insurance for a long time so Lemonaid has been the only affordable option for me. My mental health is so much better and I am so thankful to the company for being an option when I had no other ones.
They helped me with a personal issue with great response time, great understanding, great communication, great knowledge and they seem to have a very professional team that saved me from a lot of, what could have been, depressing times in my life. Im very appreciative of what theyve done for me.
My go to doc for antivirals when I have a herpes outbreak. If you suffer from HSV-2 it's very quick and affordable and you don't have to go to a doctors office and pull down your pants either. Thanks again y'all really are awesome and affordable. All the nurse practitioner are very nice.
