☺ Sehr nettes kleines Hotel mit Charme. Man kann im Garten sitzen und entspannen. Der Parkplatz ist direkt am Haus. Das Frühstück ist gut und wird gebracht. Es gibt eine tolle Auswahl. Der Hotelbesitzer war sehr nett und hat uns gut über Beaune und Umgebung in Kenntnis gesetzt.
☹ Für uns war alles fein.

☺ De locatie van het hotel was goed en net buiten de stad (10 min lopen). Auto kan op eigen terrein worden geparkeerd maar let op, dit kost je wel geld. De eigenaar was super aardig. Ruime kamers (en goede douche), mooie tuin waar je lekker kan zitten met mooie weer. Schoon hotel.
☹ - auto laden op eigen kan niet met je eigen druppel of pas.
- ontbijt elke dag hetzelfde. Weinig keus.
- geen water koker, koffiezetapparaat, make-up spiegel etc aanwezig op de kamer. (Bewuste keus van de eigenaar)
- bedden waren super hard net als de kussens (geen dekbed)

That review doesn't really correspond to our conversation at the desk...
The charging point is our private one, it can't work with any card or badge that is totally normal.
There is no kettle in the room, that's my choice we have beautiful old furniture but a kettle free of service is available for all the guests in our lounge.
Concerning breakfast, you choose everyday the sames things in all of our menu, you could change but you don't.
If the bed were not at your convenience, you should speak with me and we can find solution to make your stay better before you leave...
And thank you for writing that the Hotel is clean as your notation for that is 2.
Please for the next hotel you visit, if there is something wrong speak with the people to find a solution and have a nice stay instead of writing those kind of review after your stay.

☺ situato strategicamente per visitare le principali attrazioni e paesini della Borgogna, comodo per il parcheggio e vicino al centro storico di Beaune, personale gentile , ottima pulizia, zona tranquilla e non rumorosa
☹ il bagno diviso tra wc e tutto il resto, la moquette nella stanza, i letti un po' datati

☺ Sehr schönes Hotel, ideal, um in Beaune zu übernachten, das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt, die Zimmer sehr schön, das Bett bequem und das Bad neu und komfortabel, wie haben gut geschlafen, das Auto stand sicher im Hof. Zu Fuß war man in wenigen Minuten in der Stadt.
Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, das Frühstück gut und zuvorkommend.
Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

An excellent warm and welcoming family-run hotel - the perfect place to stay when visiting Beaune!
☺ Beautiful hotel with a warm and friendly welcome from the owners, exceptionally comfortable bedrooms with excellent heating (we happened to be there during a cold snap) and a magnificent breakfast. We felt completely at home and were very sorry to leave. No need for a car; it is just a few minutes stroll from Beaune station. We will definitely be back!
