I had a question about the legality of a certain business idea. They didn't initially know the answer but that didn't slow them down much. An hour later I had an answer. Hopefully I won't need them again but if I do i know who to call!

My company hired Melody to help us write an R&D contract. We had a rough outline of what we wanted to start with, but Melody and her team went above and beyond, not only making sure that the contract was legally sound, but providing advice about what we were asking for/offering in the contract so that we were getting the best deal possible. Overall, the things that stood out the most to me when working with Melody were: very strong communication skills, prompt responses, very quality work, transparent and reasonable pricing, and somebody who cares about your company. We will certainly be returning to Melody and her team for any future legal needs that we have.
