visited Kingdom Sushi in Port St. Lucie with my family, and unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience at this specific location.
We were seated and waited 15 minutes without anyone coming to our table. The server responsible for our section walked past us several times and never acknowledged us, not even to say, “I’ll be right with you.” During that entire time, no drinks were offered, and no attention was given to our table.
At the end, I spoke with the manager, Lucas, who was very kind and attentive. I explained the situation to him, and he mentioned some recent difficulties at this location. I appreciate the way he handled the conversation, but I still want to leave my honest feedback about the experience.
Waiting 15 minutes without any kind of acknowledgment is completely abnormal and unacceptable, especially when a family is sitting at the table waiting to be served. This is something the restaurant and the staff should pay close attention to.
My main advice is for the servers: even if the restaurant is busy or short-staffed, a simple acknowledgment makes a big difference. A guest should not sit for 15 minutes without a drink being offered or without any communication at all.
This review is specifically about my experience at this Port St. Lucie location.
