Kiddocarer Nurul Iman
We had KC Nurul Iman babysit our little girl and she did an amazing job! My kid is usually pretty tough when it comes to eating and bath time. Previous babysitters and even I have struggled to wash her head without a meltdown, but Nurul managed to do it smoothly and without needing my help. She also got our kid to eat much more than usual, which was a pleasant surprise. What really stood out was how quickly she got our kid to nap soundly, something that can be a real challenge. We’re so thankful for Iman’s care and would definitely recommend her to other parents!

Carer is too young and has no experience. Playing with 3m baby while wearing a mask? How to interact? Eyes? Voice? Tbh i cant even hear the carer’s voice. No interactions with baby. Paid before she came but i was the one who took care of my own baby. Nak bagi susu baby pun tak reti? Bagi while baby tengh baring? Tersedak la baby tu nanti 😫 Lagi baby menangis lagi dia sumbat. Tukar pampers baby pun tak lap even with wet tissue. Tidur kan baby lagi la tak payah cakap la. Tah laa semua dissapointed. Datang with empty stomach. I dont mind feeding her but makan pun lama… dah macam datang melawat, bukan jaga anak kita. Macam bagi class jaga baby dekat carer pun ada. 😵💫 pleaseee dont expect all babies are same. Dont simply accept the job if youre not that good. I asked the carer pernah jaga baby ke? She said “pernah jaga anak kakak”. Thats your own family. Different. Again, not all babies are the same!

i had the best experience with carer named Intan Farhana. while me and my husband had recently change job it is hard for us to request for EL and no WFH policy for our role. happened that my 2yo baby got chicken pox, and the carer willing to take the risk as she already had her chicken pox before, she took care of my baby in a very good way! and the best part is after my husband arrived home, we let Intan to go back early as per scheduled, and my baby cried right after Intan go back home.
Very Lousy service
Im taking time to write the feedback on customer experience. Service is so lousy, this is my first times using kiddo care with their promotion package. They either no response or response to tell you wait another 2 weeks and sampai 2 weeks ask u wait another 2 weeks saying they are doing manual matching. Later another 2 weeks tell me pulak another 2 weeks. Of cos la people need babysitter baru use ur service. Update to wait without update u any progress on ur matching status.. Serious not recommended and super not professional. If you cant provide the service pls don do promotion or advertisement.
