Booked Kim since last year October (a year before my wedding), and Kim is so skillful in the work that she does, and she does it with pride and excellence. During the first session, she took time to understand what style I like and what suits me. We tried many different gowns to see what I like and eventually settled on my preferred style and it’s an honour to wear my dream gown for my wedding! She is meticulous, patient and skillful. Rare to find a plus size gown business that isn’t pushy, and Kim is defo one of them :)

I had a really pleasant experience with the bridal studio! They were very attentive to my queries, especially when it came to my makeup arrangements, and were kind enough to help secure a MUA for me. I was also pleasantly surprised by the variety of gown styles available during the selection. There were so many different designs to choose from, and even my husband managed to find a style and size that he really liked, which was a nice bonus! Most importantly, I felt really comfortable throughout the entire process and while wearing the gown on my wedding day. I received so many compliments on the gown from our family and friends, which made me even happier with my choice. Overall, the team was helpful and attentive, and I’m really glad I chose them for my bridal experience!

Kim was really helpful and took the time to listen to our needs and advise us on which dresses would be most suitable for the different events and wedding lineup. She also took the time to understand our individual dress preferences and did a great job matching us with dresses that suited our styles and needs. She was attentive, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the process, which made the experience much more enjoyable and stress-free. I engaged K gown make up artist last weekend for bride's mum make up and hairdo. The make up artist Joy.service was good, she find out what look I prefer and completed the makeup and hairdo within 1.5 hour. She also suggest the ear rings to go with, and helped me take picture and video after the makeup. Overall it is a pleasant experience and the charges are also reasonable. Thanks Joy 😊

It was a last minute arrangement for me (mother of the bride) 2 days before my daughter's wedding 30Aug26. They accepted without hesitation and came at 630am as scheduled. Make up was done efficiently and Im satisfied with the result. The make up artist Priscilla is professional in her work and friendly too. She saved me! At least I look presentable for a mother of the bride!

Highly recommend everyone to schedule a fitting with Kim! She’s genuine and helpful, offering advice based on her real experience. She truly listens to your concerns and wishes, and gives thoughtful recommendations based on what you’re looking for. I tried gowns at other studios but ultimately chose Kgown because of how beautifully their gowns fitted my body. As a UK12, I found that a lot of other gowns tend to hug in the wrong places and just don’t fit quite right. Most of the dresses I tried at Kgown not only fitted well but were also elegant and comfortable.

Finally getting around to writing this review even though my wedding was early this month 😅.Really happy with my gown, my husband's suit, and how everything turned out!
