Easy booking and comms over WhatsApp, including a suggested itinerary that helped us decide what we wanted to do. Our driver Shahul was truly excellent - professional, polite, and very well organised throughout the trip. He was also very good-natured and happy to flex to our travel plans.
Shahul drove safely and cautiously on the mountain roads, and knew the routes like the back of his hand. He also had plenty of great local recommendations whenever we wanted them.

Kerala Taxis made our Kerala trip super smooth from start to finish. We covered Munnar, Kochi, Alleppey, Marari beach and a few other stops, and having the same chauffeur throughout made a big difference.
Our driver Prashant was genuinely lovely — always on time, calm behind the wheel, and really knowledgeable about the places we were visiting. He shared helpful tips (without ever being pushy), suggested good stops along the way, and made sure everything was comfortable for us every day.
Overall, a very reliable and professional service. If you’re planning a Kerala trip and want a stress-free experience, I’d definitely recommend Kerala Taxis.

Driver guide taxi company
We contacted Sulekha at Kerala Taxis for a driver guide. I was dubious about sending money to India but I needn’t have worried. Sulekha arranged our taxi’s during our stay. Shahul was our driver guide for 11 days. Shahul is polite, trustworthy and wants to please. Nothing was a problem and we were taken to places we didn’t know and wouldn’t have experienced if it wasn’t for Shahul. We are now travelling alone although Sulekha has arranged two more taxis to take us from Kumarakom to Alappuzha and Alappuzha travelling to the Taj hotel close to the airport. I would recommend Kerala taxis and ask for Shahul for your companion.
