We had a wood-burning stove installed at our home. This project included a support beam under the floor and a specialty product on the floor under the stove. KC installed the stove pipe through our roof and installed the chimney cap. All work was completed in a professional manner and the stove looks great and works great. KC's staff was very responsive to any issues that came up.

Our project was a full garage conversion turning a traditional detached garage and office into a beautiful 700 sqft living space with kitchen, bath, bedroom and laundry closet. This remodel involved multiple permit applications as we brought water and septic to the space, as well as an upgrade of electrical, new doors and replacement of all windows. Keith Crabtree was extremely knowledgeable, and engaged in the project. Marsha communicated with us on a near daily basis sharing updates of progress, as well as holding our hands as needed through a very extensive remodel. The construction took about 8 months, with team members on site each week working phase to phase. We are so very pleased with the finished product. In addition, Keith and team are remaining proactive honoring the post-construction 1-year warranty phase. This is the first time we have worked with KC and we would recommend them highly.

So happy we went with KC's Improvement & Construction for a major addition and renovation of our home. KC's expert guidance from the design process to attention to every detail in building and completion of this sizeable project is testament to their excellent work and standards. They rebuilt and doubled the square footage of our 62 year old home while making upgrades to electrical, hvac and plumbing. The full buildout includes larger doorways to accommodate ADA standards, including a master bath with a full 5' x 7' shower (which will accommodate a wheelchair) with surround grab bars in-and-outside the shower. Also, the open concept of the addition provides for complete living on one level with a family room equipped with built-in book shelves, full kitchen with island, separate dining area, powder bath, master bedroom suite, mudroom, laundry room, walkin closet and screened in privacy porch. We never experienced getting the runaround on poor work quality. They were on top of making things right, always, even when it meant some extensions in timing rework were neccessary . Based on these aspects KC's earns a five star rating!

Very efficient and professional work from estimate to completion. We had a soft spot in the hardwood floor of a first-floor room. The first estimate we got was $24,000. KC's was $3,200. They did the job in half a day. The floor is now very solid.
