They have a great variety of appliances to choose from, with options for different needs. Their customer service made the whole experience easy and stress free. I had an excellent experience with Katy Discounted Appliances and especially with Kay Davis. I was searching for a specific LG washer set that is one of their newest models and has been extremely difficult to find because it sells out so quickly. I happened to come across Katy Discounted Appliances online and sent a text to their main number, even though it was already well after business hours. To my surprise, Kay responded right away. We continued texting until 10 or 11 at night as she answered my questions, confirmed that they should have the units I was looking for, and told me she would get me the exact pricing and information first thing in the morning. Sure enough, before they had even officially opened the next morning, Kay messaged me confirming they had the units and gave me the price. When I arrived at the store, everything was exactly as she had described it, and I ended up purchasing the washer set shown in the photo attached to this review. I was also genuinely surprised by the amount and quality of inventory they had. While many of their appliances are considered "scratch and dent," on a lot of them you would have a hard time finding any damage at all. They had a great selection of newer, higher-end appliances at prices well below what I had been seeing elsewhere. Most importantly, Kay was fantastic to work with. She was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, and just genuinely fun to have a conversation with. At one point I actually said to her, "You must be the manager." It turned out she was, which made complete sense. She carries herself like someone who takes ownership of the business and the customer experience, and it's obvious she is a very valuable part of that operation. Great experience from the first late-night text through the purchase. I would absolutely recommend Katy Discouned Appliances, and if you go in, ask for Kay Davis.

Kay was spectacular! Customer service was top notch, offered Best deal from r my dryer and even got a surprise warranty at the end of sale. Very knowledgeable, personable and experienced with appliances. Love the atmosphere and selection the store offers.
