Fantastic advice. Really honest and trustworthy. Cost me nothing as he looked at video of my washing machine and told me the bearings had gone - not worth repairing. I’m keeping their number handy for future!

Honest, no-nonsense service
James visited to fix our (very) old dishwasher, and recommended a suitable replacement, which he sourced, delivered and fitted promptly - even taking the old one away so we didn't have to dispose of it. Speedy, honest, no-nonsense service - would definitely use again.

Very busy company but was able to visit following working day to fix an elderly Neff oven. Very polite, efficient but we did have a problem with tying in time of appointment. However as so busy was trustworthy and were more than pleased with James and his expertise. Would recommend and use again. Chesham Bucks.

Amazing service!!!
Had an issue late last night with my washer/dryer typically just before Christmas. Found JWP online and called as soon as they were open at 7am. James squeezed me in, was here within the hour and all sorted within 30 mins.
I couldn’t ask for more and will certainly be using JWP in the future if I have a problem with any domestic appliance.

James came to have a look at it when he said he would and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem so we now have a working cooker for Christmas, thank you so much James you are a lifesaver !!
