Once he has your cash he refuses to return
Contacted James in September and it took him three weeks to turn up in early October. Having deliberately cut through a power cable that required me to get an electrician in to fix. He then wanted to charge me £500 for a replacement part that I found on line for £160 and available for delivery within 24 hours. We agreed he would come back and fit the part. It is now December and he has provided excuse after excuse as to why he will not come back and refuses to give me my money back as well always promising it will be fixed this week. Very frustrating and I would walk away if I had not already paid for the service and part I am not getting!
