Amazing work!
Work completed so quickly! The office staff were amazing answering all my questions and concerns about the type of work being carried out(Jim and Eve). Followed all legal requirements and health and safety regulations. Definitely got rid of all our concerns and worries regarding the asbestos issues.
Spoke directly with Luke, and he was great! He happily video called me to show the work fully completed and photo evidence along with that.
Thank you to the operatives and the office staff for all the help and guidance through this, I can't recommend this company enough!

The man we spoke to on the phone was super rude and dismissive. I asked for clarification on the services the company provided and before getting a chance to explain what it was I was looking for he just hung up! Awful experience and I hope this isn’t how the rest of your customers are treated. 0 patience and 0 respect.
For clarity, this response misrepresents both my enquiry and my review.
My wife initially called because asbestos had previously been removed from our loft. Our insulation company and several others we contacted said they were uncomfortable entering the loft because they were not equipped to work in an area where asbestos may have left traces during the previous removal. The original asbestos company also confirmed that this was possible.
We were not claiming that the insulation itself contained asbestos. We were trying to establish whether a specialist could safely remove it due to the potential contamination risk.
I then called to seek clarification after my wife was dismissed and hung up on and explain the situation myself. This was not an attempt to disguise a duplicate enquiry. More importantly, my review concerns how I was personally spoken to. The caller was rude, dismissive and ended the call before allowing me to explain fully. Whether or not your company could provide the service, the call could have been handled politely and professionally. Your response does not address that.

It was explained on the phone we were unable to assist with your request, which was to remove non-containing asbestos material. We explained the services we provide, which are also listed on the website. On the call, the lady stated the survey said the insulation needed to be removed as asbestos due to a previous asbestos pipe removal (not completed by us).
We then received another call from a male attempting to make a new enquiry. This caller told us they had spoken to an asbestos company on the phone who wanted to take the insulation as asbestos. We explained that we felt they were being exploited by another company who simply wanted more money from them. We explained we do not remove non asbestos containing asbestos materials in this situation.
We explained the services on our website, and explained we could not help despite the callers being very pushy. As our advice was not being accepted, it was explained we were not willing to get involved with the works. We can see both calls had come from the same number, and have since listened to the call recordings to confirm.

I called for an enquiry and was met with extreme rudeness, lack of information and clear impatience to learn about my enquiry. I would not recommend working with this company solely based on poor customer service. I was hung up on twice in the middle of the conversation and when called back was told it’s because ‘I can’t help you so I’m not getting involved’. I’m a property manager and have never experienced such an unpleasant enquiry process. Very disappointing.

The workmen were very polite and helpful. Unfortunately they didn’t remove the asbestos pipe at ground level as planned. Pulling the pipe out of the ground damaged the clay pipe underground meaning the plumber had to dig up the concrete garage floor to repair it.

I had a very upsetting experience when I called to ask whether this company provides asbestos removal services. The person who answered sounded half asleep and responded rudely, saying, “You don’t know where you’ve called.” He then claimed he was busy and disconnected the call twice.
What made the experience worse was his comment that he could not understand me because I was “not speaking English,” even though I was speaking English clearly. I found this remark discriminatory, insulting, and completely unprofessional.
A customer should be treated with basic respect, regardless of their accent or background. I would not recommend this company based on how I was spoken to and treated.
