I highly recommend this company. Our driver Luigi made our experience even better. He went out of his way to share information about Sorrento and even stopped the car for us so he could take a picture of us with the perfect backdrop of the gorgeous coastline Now one of my favorite photos. Restaurant recommendations too. Far beyond a ride. We feel like we made a friend.
Could not say enough about the customer service! Respond quickly and super helpful and knowledgeable! Would definitely use them next time I come back!
We had an exceptional experience with our drivers! Luigi’s communication was excellent, and we felt taken care of the whole time. We were picked up on time, were very comfortable on the rides, and they were so kind to adjust when our meeting point changed day of. We’d recommend them to everyone, and can’t wait to see them when we return to Italy!
Great service and communication. Used this tour service twice while in Naples/Sorrento and everything went perfectly! Luigi was our driver for both services and he was wonderful. Great price as well! Highly recommend this company!
We had a great driver from Rome to Caserta. Luigi was friendly & helpful, efficient & safe. He gave us a local restaurant recommendation which was helpful & got us safely to our destination. Highly recommend!!
We used this company for 2 transfers whilst on the Amalfi Coast. They were punctual, efficient and had great communication. Would thoroughly recommend
Using Johnnys Tour Service is a must. We planned not to drive on our last few days but without Luigi we would have had some long long walks. Luigi was amazing - very personable. He was extremely prompt - always early! He was very accommodating - we were able to change our pickup up times at short notice. He waited twice whilst we did an impromptu milk/beer shop at the end of two nights out. Communication was good - picked up our messages and responded straight away. We were a group of 8 and the transport for 8 was perfect. We had no worries about getting to the airport - arrived in style and early. We would highly recommend Johnny's Tour Service and a massive thank you to Luigi for adding to our holiday experience.
Excelente toda la atención del equipo y las camionetas. Los recomiendo para moverse por la costa amalfitana
Used Johnny’s Tour Service for our transfer from Sorrento to Naples Airport and everything went smoothly. Our driver arrived right on time, was courteous and professional, and it was easy to chat in English. The van was modern, clean and comfortable, and the pricing was very competitive compared with other options we looked at. Would definitely use them again if we’re back in the area.
Would highly recommend this taxi/transfer service. Luigi, Nello and Giovanni were so friendly and professional and response time was always prompt. Vehicles were spotless too! Thank you from The Canadian/British Family Group!!
If you’re looking for private transfers to and from the Amalfi Coast, you won’t regret booking with Johnny’s Tour Service! Luigi and his team were absolutely excellent. We felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout the entire experience, and the service exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!
Luigi and his uncle were fantastic. They were incredibly attentive, puntual, communicative, and friendly. From the second they picked us up from Naples train station to when they dropped us off at our final destination. I can’t say enough how much I’d recommend his services he went above and beyond for our group. His itinerary was exactly as he specified and didn’t miss a beat. We were a group of 10 which is a lot if you’ve ever traveled with a group that size but he and his uncle made the trip simple and stress free. 10/10 would book their services again!
Excellent friendly and helpful service. Highly recommend and would definitely be using again.
Luigi was a great driver. He was responsive, arrived early, and made the ride easy. He was very nice and were happy to support his family business.
We used Johnny's tour service to go from soronto to pasatano. And then three days later, we used it to go from pasitano two naples train station. We had Luigi, first and then we had Giovanni, they were both very professional. We had 4 adults, 4 large luggage, 3 media luggage and 2 carry-ons it fit in their Van with no problem. They were very professional, and we would definitely recommend them. Again price was very fair.
Absolutely amazing experience with this transport company - waited for our delayed flight and for us to get our luggage with no complaints - so friendly and very good communication - would 100% recommend
