The tank in the downstairs unit had started knocking and my tenant thought it was on its way out. He drained it, flushed the sediment, and checked the anode rod while the water was off. Said it has a few years left and to call him in a year for the same flush.

I had an excellent experience with Joe Cole Plumbing company! They came out to my apartment to repair a leak in the bathroom, and from start to finish, their service was outstanding. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to providing great customer service. They were able to come out the very same day and take care of the repair, which was incredibly helpful. They also worked directly with the landlord regarding the repair, so I didn’t have to worry about handling the payment myself. That made the entire process so easy and stress-free. The work was done efficiently and professionally, and they even cleaned everything up when they were finished. It’s clear that they take pride in their work and care about their customers. Excellent service, excellent workmanship, and excellent experience overall. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable and professional plumbing company!

The water heater in our garage was flooding and needed to be replaced. I reached out to Peter at Joe Cole and he had someone at the house within the hour. The technician’s name was Bailey. He was courteous and knowledgeable. I was going out of town that day so he had to come back a week later to do the install. He did a great job and I will definitely use them again.

This is our 4th service visit with Joe Cole Plumbing (JCP) and the 3rd w/Jimmy. This time we had a broken pipe in the attic that needed immediate repair. JCP offered me a next-day appointment. Dispatch will keep you up to date on your plumber's arrival time, and follow-up the next day to make sure your job has been successfully completed. Each visit, Jimmy brings a trainee (assistant) and this time is was Havi. Havi was great, and Jimmy and Havi seemed to work very well together to identify and repair the pipe. In fact, Jimmy checked a bathroom ventilation stack on the roof! For important repairs and also high-end bathroom and kitchen fixture installation, Joe Cole is the only company our family will call.
