Quick delivery. Earlier than expected. We were out. 12 bags of smokeless were brought down a longish drive and left neatly stacked by the log store. Perfectly positioned for me to move them into the house, down to the cellar and into the bunker. Well done folks.

I bought 10 bag of anthracite and it was some sort off coal and sediment, I could see layers after it was burnt, it was terrible to light, gave no heat, and left nearly as much as I put on, Coal is a sedimentary fuel so I got coal in 1 layer then slag and so on , I bought it as I thought it was a great fuel ,more expensive but little ash ,well this is totally opposite to what i got, No heat, and as for ash I was putting it in the bin as as lumps of slag ,

Not Happy. As I believe I have already said, communication about delivery time etc was non existant, and deliverers just dumped the bag on our lawn without even ringing the door bell. And the logs, being kiln dried (I can't imagine why, when they are meant for burning, do not last long, especially as they are chopped thin. What I wanted is real green full logs, well split once maybe !

Don’t expect to get any notifications on if or when they deliver!!! Absolutely abysmal communication! Also they also run the coal shop…where instead of paying £604.76 you can buy exactly the same thing for £449.95! So don’t be ripped off for another £150

Easy ordering and good standard of fuel. I thought the delivery charges were high until I met the delivery driver. I am in a remote area and didn’t think about the size of the lorry that would be delivering. I will next time! However, I had the most helpful and friendly delivery driver who went above and beyond during the worst of storm Chandra. He was such a calming and professional person and I was a soaking wet ball of panic. Please let him know.
