Thank you for sharing your feedback. We take all concerns seriously and always strive to resolve issues promptly for our clients. In this case, we were not given notice or the opportunity to address these items, as we do with all of our customers, which is reflected in our 60 five-star reviews.

It’s important to note that grout in tile requires regular maintenance, cleaning, and sealing, or it can chip or bleed over time. Concrete can develop hollow spots if water drains underneath over several years, which we can't control and front masonry can occasionally come loose, these are typically easy and cheap fixes when reported promptly or directly to the owner.

We stand behind our quality construction and proper installation. When concerns are reported within the warranty period, we work directly with our trade partners to identify solutions and ensure our clients’ homes are properly cared for. We encourage open communication and would welcome the opportunity to review any items and discuss them further offline. Please shoot the owner a email and I'm sure he will support you in fixing these items.
