I would definitely recommend. At the saddest time of your life they went above and beyond to include every detail in order to give a perfect send off to your loved one. Nothing was too much trouble and Tate & Mark were so polite and welcoming as well as behind the scene staff as well. They went the extra mile. Our funeral and final goodbye was perfect but only with thanks to the whole team.

Ivor Thomas directors helped our family to arrange a wonderful funeral and subsequent ashes burial for my late Granddad. They have been kind, helpful, accommodating and good value for money. The funeral was beautiful, ( highly recommend in house flowers) and all the options were explained in plain English. I really appreciated Mark’s patience in liaising with the church where burial of ashes occurred, and keeping us up to date. We had a 5 star experience from start to finish from Mark and his team when organising my dad's funeral. They were happy to do as much or as little as we wanted. They were sensitive and supportive throughout. Mark gave excellent advice about the areas that we weren't sure about, but we never felt pressured to pay for anything we didn't want or need. He was very honest and upfront throughout the whole process. When there was a slight difficulty over dates with the burial ground, Mark went above and beyond to make sure to make sure that it all worked out with minimal inconvenience to the family. We would use them again should the need arise, highly recommend.
