Abysmal communication. Visited end of May and ordered 3 square meters of tiles for our kitchen splashback for a great price (which warrants 2 stars).
We phoned back 2 or 3 times to chase when they'd be available to collect, only to be told they'd call us back the next day - never received a call and it took turning up in store to get an answer that they're unavailable. Good price, loads of hassle.

Usually we welcome constructive feedback but in this case there was nothing we could do, we tried our best and we gave you all the information we had. We told you weeks ago our supplier was out of stock. We told you they weren’t available but we’ve asked some other suppliers, which we did. I don’t know what more we could do. Mark tried to call you and no one answered. Highly disappointing to get feedback like this from a small order which was not even confirmed or paid for as we couldn’t get them due to no fault of our own.
Arran who runs the shop gave outstanding service, really friendly and helpful going out of his way to help us get just what we wanted and work to our budget. The quality of tiles available is outstanding and we were delighted with the results.
