Insulation Labs was recommended by my HVAC company (Titan Air Conditioning, Inc.) to completely overhaul my attic & perform an "Attic Cleanup Bundle."
After discovering some of my duct connections were wrapped in asbestos, a specialized asbestos abatement company was hired to remove the asbestos & everything in contact with it. After that was completed, Insulation Labs was hired to:
Remove all of the old blown-in insulation (with a giant vacuum); sanitize the attic; Air Seal any openings into the attic including any electrical wiring or fixtures (ceiling lights, attic fans & plumbing/HVAC pipes or runs). Also included was Rodent Exclusion (performed by a pest control company) - sealing up any places that allowed entrance or exit into or out of the attic. And finally, Installing R38 roll-in fiberglass insulation (cut to fit inside of the rafters).
The entire crew (up to 6 or 8 individuals) were AWESOME! Especially Victor & Domingo! They were constantly giving me updates & progress reports on what was happening, & if I asked a question, they would stop what they were doing & give me their full undivided attention, completely explaining things, & then make sure my question was answered, & then inquire if I had any more questions! They were amazing & top notch individuals - representing your company with honor & distinction, & reassuring me that you were definitely the right company for the job!

described my project and asked for quotes on Yelp. several contractors replied, including Insulation Labs. however this company was the only one who went full pressure with getting my full contact info: name, address, phone, email. in other words, they pushed to create a lead with my info. for 3 full days, i received 3-4 texts and IMs every day pressuring me not just for a way to communicate but for all my lead info. i IM'd that i would take my business elsewhere, and for the past 5 days have STILL been receiving 3-4 texts and IMs every day pressuring me for this info. pay attention! this kind of behavior makes your company look greedy and incompetent. they can't even START a project with basic respect

The initial discussions and walk through with their team were very structured and organized, and the team rep Joe did a stellar job talking us through the process and what was needed, in detail that was clear and precise. And they had competitive, good pricing, which I compared against other bids. From there, the team was great, setting up things professionally and quickly with Julio, their PM. Very communicative and helpful, and Charlene on their team was fast and meticulous about sorting things out with us and the needed paperwork. They prepped our house really well, cleaned out the old attic insulation in a really systematic and organized way, and dealt with anything that came up with a great attitude and thoughtful solutions. I hired Insulation Labs to insulate my whole attic. The entire process was smooth and the crew showed up on time. They texted me ~30 minutes before arriving and set up their barriers promptly before starting any work. It took several hours but they still finished relatively early in the day and communicated with me the whole time.
I had Insulation Labs replace the insulation and ducts in our attic, as well as repair some issues on the roof. I truly appreciate how the work area was securely enclosed from the rest of the house. This made it much easier and more convenient for my elderly mother. Leo’s thoughtful consideration in leaving ample space ensured that she could move freely between the work area and her bedroom, despite the proximity of the work area attic. This arrangement significantly reduced her stress and anxiety about the tasks at hand. The team worked diligently and successfully completed the job on time.
