What an amazing experience.
Our car was hit in a hit and run incident. We were very lucky to have CCTV of it.
The issue we faced was the reg was from southern Ireland and made it very difficult for us.
I contacted Impact NI and from the moment of that first contact they looked after us from start to finish.
Car is now fixed and looking great. They have done a fantastic job.
Absolutely amazing service and hard work put in to finding the other driver and to get out car fixed.
Would recommend to anyone that needs help with issues like this.

Got involved in an accident, wasn’t my fault. They wouldn’t answer any direct questions and was pushed to take a courtesy car, when I hesitated they dropped me. The woman on the phone cheeky and rude.

Absolutely 1st class to deal with from the moment I spoke to the staff they made everything easy for me to understand and the way they dealt with me be it over the phone or in person I would recommend them to anyone,big thanks again to Tommy & Margaret on the day of the accident I can't thank them enough and of course the rest of the staff I have spoken to, you are all a credit to the Company 10/10
