Salesman did his job by getting us to say yes to the remodels. Was told project would be done by 1st week of august, was not finished until final week of September. Office schedule install and then cancelled 2 days later as was told all parts not in, why schedule if not all parts in, someone should be making sure all materials are in. Spoke to Patrick and was misled/lied to 3 times, was told they would adjust final payment when job done. NOPE per Wes. If it could be a zero star it would be. Beware of Wes and this company who made a call and said they will look into getting money back from company they get supplies from if I removed my google review until he could get back with me within 3 days. Here it is 8 days and still no call back. So here you go Wes and then to top if off by saying the church we both go to is big but don’t have a lot of money. Sir you have no idea where I attend church but hear me out, my church warns against lies, deception and misleadings. Do yourself a favor do not call them or get several quotes and save a headache do not call them back or step foot in your home.

For clarification, the delay in your project was due to unexpected manufacturer backorders, which unfortunately impacted the schedule. While we should have communicated more clearly, our intent was always to complete the job properly with all materials in hand.

I can’t say enough good things about Hometown Contractors. Contacted them again and Brandon came out to our house and helped us out again. I definitely give them a 5 star rating. Brandon is the best. So far the experience has been wonderful. Brandon came to our house, was on time and walked us through the process of getting our new 3 season porch. He spent about 4 hours going over everything and answered all of our questions. Can’t wait to see the finished product. Update: Our new 3 season room is done and I can’t say enough good things about the process. From the concrete crew to the construction crew they all did an amazing job. I am loving the finish product and will definitely use them again for our next project.

I just want to say Steve Richmond was amazing and answered all my questions and concerns about getting new hurricane windows installed. I have to say I have never had such a good experience in all my life. Hometown is a great company and they are fortunate to have such an amazing and compassionate sales rep like Steve. I can't wait for my new impact windows! Ashton and Daniel came out today and Installed my two doors, they did an absolutely amazing job! I can stress enough how great they were!

The 12 month financing (same as cash) sealed the deal for us, even after receiving other estimates.

Wonderful new walk in shower. HTC removed an old fiberglass tub shower and installed a beautiful new walk in shower. All in one day! The technicians Kyle and Cody were great. Very professional. Really nice craftsmanship and attention to detail. I highly recommend.

Brandon showed up for giving us an estimate on replacing our exterior French Doors and worked with us to find the right doors that we were happy with. He was on time , friendly and went through every option that was available and we are getting the doors plus a nice retractable screen door that was a plus. Great Service! I’ve used Hometown Contractors before to build a 3-season room on my first house, and I was very happy with the work they did. The quality of their work is excellent, and they always stand behind what they do. I recently bought another house and just had a meeting with Brandon about adding another 3-season room to my new home, as well as replacing the windows on my old house.
