House of Shades needs to be your go to for your window covering needs. I was looking for something specifically that my interior designer was unable to find. Suki and Deb were able to help me find the drapes and blinds I wanted for my living room . Once the blinds were installed it was determined that there were some issues with how the manufacturer completed the order. The staff at House of Shades took care of the issue immediately! Their customer service is the best in the business. Another plus…their pricing is so reasonable when compared to others in the business.

what a great experience I had with the house of shades. I left a request on their webpage, they called me back the same day and made an appointment to meet in our home right away. It was fun picking out the different patterns for curtains and discussing options. I ordered curtains before and it’s usually an 8 to 12 week process, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the curtains would be done in under, six weeks, actually they were done sooner. The installation process was painless and the final result is beautiful. Thank you house of shades. I would definitely use you again and recommend you.

I highly recommend House of Shades for Window Treatments! I was looking for a custom drapery and shades store with a showroom in Scottsdale and after visiting a few I chose House of Shades! The designer Sonja was very easy to work with and very knowledgeable she helped my husband and I pick out the custom fabric for our new drapery for our new house in Paradise Valley and prices were way better than other quotes we received we ended up doing our whole home drapery and shades and they even do custom pillows and bedding! The install of our custom motorized shades was fast and everything fit and worked perfectly! We can't say enough good things about this company. Our friends and neighbors are now doing work with them as well. Highly recommend House of Shades if you are looking for window coverings in the Scottsdale, Paradise Valley area!

Appreciate the good customer service from House of Shades. They promptly scheduled an installer to reattach a shade that was pulling away from the window frame. This blind had been installed a year ago. Nick, the current installer (not the one who originally installed the blind) replaced the screws to secure the blind properly. Nick had installed a new set of blinds for me earlier this year. He is a conscientious worker.
