Came here on a Monday night to eat watch the chargers game with my friend and it's become our favorite spot to catch the game and grab a few beers.
Staff here are really nice and welcoming. Always giving us great recommendations and letting us try the new beers in the rotation.
Our current favorites right now are the "rindstone cowboy" and the "what you need" ipa beers.
This place is located near a business area so there's plenty of parking, food vendors from time to time, and a few games inside to keep you entertained.
Thanks again to the friendly staff that takes care of us!
There are so many reasons to love this place. The beer is top notch. The owner Remy is involved in every pour and creates an environment that makes you not want to leave. I love the red ale and my girl loves the Blonde. The new server Kendra was delightful tonight. Lucy Mae's crab cakes on Wed. night are the best in the city.
It was ok. I’ve had better beer. Maybe if you like IPAs this will be for you.

This place is AWESOME!!! My family and I have been in San Diego for about five years and this is by far the most chill and flavorful brewery we have been to. If you want to feel welcomed and enjoy beer with some nice sunlight and sports, THIS IS YOUR PLACE!!! Great beer selection for happy hour and the service makes you feel like you're being welcome into a new family. Cheers and thank you for an awesome experience!

I do not write too many reviews but I want to give a big 5 start to Hopnonymous Brewing Company. They are the very best spot to have a beer with friends and even make a few. We have had our Halloween party there for three years and it is always Awesome! Thanks Hopnonymous! Big B from under the Sea!

We love Hopnonymous Brewery. Remy and the staff are incredibly accommodating, kind, and fast with service. We have had several company parties here, including four very successful Halloween parties. We also had my 30th birthday party with a DJ, and were able to buy drink tickets in advance for guests. They are our favorite brewery in San Diego and have a great environment for all types of parties and people.

We went to Hopnonymous to watch game 7 of the World Series. Bar was packed and things were good until the bar manager switched the big screen from the World Series to a pre season soccer game. World Series got moved to a small corner TV and completely killed the vibe. We left and finished the game at The Bullpen 2 miles away.

We do remember you and your table very well.
It is true that we switched the main screen to the SDCF play off (not pre-season) game. We use the main screen for all SDCF games as we are home base to the SDCF supporters group. Additionally, we had announced in advance via our Instagram that we would be showing the SDCF game.
I’d also like to point out that we put the baseball game on our second screen which was equally visible from your seat in the center of the tasting room. We saw you leaving and tried to explain you the situation but sadly you wouldn’t listen to us.
Everyone else stayed and the vibe remained upbeat and joyful for both soccer and baseball fans.

Easily one of the best breweries in San Diego. A good selection of beers, including lots of non-IPAs for those who aren't hop heads. Excellent service from all of the staff. The owner is frequently present greeting customers, serving beers, and generally making sure that everyone is satisfied and enjoying themselves. Highly recommended!

Hopnonymous Brewing is such a solid hidden gem for craft beer lovers in the Kearny Mesa area! The moment you walk in, you can feel the chill, laid-back vibe. Whether you're stopping by with friends or just looking to unwind after work, this spot offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The beer selection is excellent for example bold IPAs, smooth lagers, seasonal creations. There's always something interesting on tap, and the staff is more than happy to let you sample before committing. They're super friendly, patient, and knowledgeable without being pushy.
One of my favorite parts is the outdoor patio with rotating food vendors. Last time I visited, there was a pizza vendor serving hot, fresh slices that paired perfectly with my beer flight. It's a great setup if you want dinner and drinks in one chill spot.
That said, one thing I didn't love was the smoking and vaping on the patio. It took away a little from the freshness of the outdoor vibe, especially with food and families around. If they ever created a smoke-free section, it would be perfect.
Still, the games, the good people, and the quality drinks keep me coming back. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for something casual but top-notch in the local brewery scene!

Unfortunately, it was not an hundred percent success for you as you quoted. Apparently, some people were vaping on our outside patio. First of all thank you for mentioning that as it is forbidden to smoke or vape at our establishment. And if we would’ve seen that, we would’ve definitely asked the people to stop doing it.
Be sure that we will be even more attentive from now on.
