Peter has been prompt and helpful since our first request for a quote for roof repairs. He listened to what we said we wanted and he provided us with good, honest advice on the correct way to repair our roof. He is very experienced and knowledgeable in roofing issues that can arise and has developed some very efficient methods of loading tiles and removing waste with bespoke hoist cradles and chutes. We found him to be very trustworthy and he was very relaxed about any unknown, unforeseen issues or extra items that could have affected the programme. Peter's foreman Lee, is a perfectionist - which we were so pleased about; welded lead flashings and extremely neat pointing - exceptional quality. The whole team was always punctual, friendly, polite and tidy and the work areas were always cleared up daily and on completion. Heritage UK Limited completed the work to our roof to an exceptionally high standard and we would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Flat roof replacement Peter and his team have just finished renewing our flat roof. The job was very complicated as flat roof connected to both our thatched roof and tiled extension roof. The job was done to a very high standard. Peter was very knowledgeable and kept us updated at all stages. We would definitely recommend this company.

Pete and his team have just finished Phase 2 of repairs and replacements to part of our relatively large roof with a particular focus on two dormers. The work included sofits, fascias, peg/ridge/hanging & skirt clay tiles and heritage style guttering to replace compromised cast iron guttering. I'm super pleased with their work. They're a pleasure to deal with. Pete was super patient whilst we tried to prioritise the work they'd identified as needing doing, and allocate the top priorities to the relatively restrictive budget we were working with: we got there in the end! Parts of the job were not easy due to the age and construction of the roof, but they kept us updated and ploughed on. Thank you guys for all your hard work and patience. I look forward to receiving your next quote for additional works.

Clay Peg Tiles Re-roof We had a very positive experience with Peter and his team. They are professionals, they kept us informed of progress, made it as stress free as it is possible for us and are true to their word. A Company you can trust Peter and his team were professional from his first visit to advise on what needed to be done, throughout the repair and cleaning up the site when they had finished. We needed our clay tile roof on our Grade II listed cottage cleaned, some broken tiles replaced along with a few other bits and pieces. At no point did Peter or his team try to get us to have more work done than was necessary and at each stage during the work we were fully consulted and involved in the decision making process. I have to say it was truly refreshing to work with such a professional team who you can trust to get the job done.

Repairs to conservatory roof Peter & the team were excellent. We had a small but fiddly job which he researched multiple ways to solve for and, once we agreed the best option his team came and did the work to a very high standard, despite the wind and the rain. One word of advice for the team - when the weather is that grim do accept some warm cups of tea or coffee when on offer to keep you going - genuinely top blokes as another reviewer notes.

He and his team are genuine and down to earth and you can have a laugh with them too. They come on the day they said they turned up on time. They even went above and beyond as the size of the tiles they needed for my roof were hard to come across and they spent half a day trying to track them down. A Trustworthy Company We've just had our roof replaced on our 80 year old house. Initially we were provided with some good advice from Peter including the requirements of the local Building Control. After consulting 4 companies we chose Heritage due to this advice and the detail provided. The team that did the job acted professionally and focused at all times. All 3rd parties (Scaffolders and Satellite man) were well coordinated. If there were any questions during the works, Peter or one of the team would immediately explain what was happening and would regularly keep us informed if the weather was going to have any affect. It did! Despite windy storms and heavy downpours we never were left without a covering and had no leaks. Phew! We're very happy with the completed roof.

Great job My property is grade II listed, I wanted someone to work on my roof who had experience of working on old buildings. Peter was great, he completed all the necessary paperwork to get the relevant permissions required & liaised with the Council. When the work came to be done it was not straight forward but the guys checked in with me & Peter whenever they needed to. I am very pleased with the final results & the professional way in which the work was carried out. I would definitely use them again & recommend to others.
