I met Dr. Stavros Christoudias under unexpected circumstances after needing emergency gallbladder surgery, so I didn’t have the opportunity to choose my surgeon or meet him beforehand. Looking back, I’m so grateful he was the one who took care of me.
From the moment we met, Dr. Christoudias had an exceptional bedside manner. He was kind, compassionate, incredibly down-to-earth, and took the time to explain everything in a way that made me feel comfortable during a stressful situation. His care didn’t stop after surgery—he was extremely responsive to my post-op questions, which gave me so much peace of mind during my recovery.
It’s rare to find a surgeon who is not only highly skilled but also genuinely caring and approachable. I feel very fortunate that Dr. Christoudias was my surgeon, and I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of surgical care.
Dr Radvinsky was above and beyond just wonderful. Not only as a Surgeon, but as a kind caring person. He had removed my gallbladder 2 weeks ago,and everything went as planned.I would highly recommend him for any Family member or friend if they are in need of a Surgeon. If I could give 10 stars He would get them! The Rolls Royce of Surgeons!!

Dr. Chistoudias was the perfect fit for my hernia surgery. He explained everything to me prior to surgery. He also let me know that he would be stitching the torn area besides putting in the mesh. Very personable and made me feel very at ease. I am very glad that I listened to my primary doctor, Dr. Nickles and went to Dr. Christoudias rather than someone else.

Dr Radvinsky did an outstanding job taking care of me . Eight months ago I needed a surgery to remove a portion of my colon and everything went as perfect as it could. During this event it was diagnosed that I had multiple hernias that had to be addressed at a later date. There were 5 of them and one was so large you could only get your hand around half of it. He said it would be a bit complex to remove them but important to do so. It was truly fantastic what he did for me. I am now almost 8 week post surgery and feel better than I have in many years. You really don't know what you have sometimes until it's gone. And now I have my core of strength back and I'm ecstatic. I feel very blessed to have him as my surgeon and can never thank him enough for the life he gave back to me. His staff are very helpful and nice and could ask for no more.

We are deeply grateful for the care my wife received from Stavros Christoudias and his team at The Valley Hospital.
She was admitted with a bowel obstruction and in severe pain, and Dr. Christoudias was assigned to her case. From the very beginning, his approach stood out. He took the time to listen carefully, showed remarkable patience, and brought both sensitivity and even moments of appropriate humor to what was an extremely stressful situation. That balance made a real difference for our family.
What impressed us most was how attentive he was to her full history and symptoms. Because he truly listened, he was able to identify an issue that, remarkably, had gone undetected for decades. That level of insight and diligence is rare.
We also want to express our appreciation for how respectful he was of our observance of a three-day Jewish holiday. He was thoughtful, accommodating, and genuinely considerate of our family’s needs during that time, which meant a great deal to us.
A special thank you as well to his PA, Allison, who was exceptional. She was caring, responsive, and consistently available to address questions and concerns. Her follow-up and attention helped us feel supported every step of the way.
We couldn’t be more thankful for the care we received. Highly recommend.
Dr. Mansouri truly saved my life. From the very beginning, he was attentive, knowledgeable, confident, and compassionate. He took the time to explain everything clearly, instilled trust at every step, and made me feel supported during an incredibly frightening time.
The surgery he performed was exceptional, and I am recovering well thanks to his skill and precision. The care did not stop in the operating room. His follow‑up and continued attention throughout my recovery have been just as outstanding. I always felt closely monitored, heard, and reassured, which made an enormous difference both physically and emotionally. I cannot imagine being in better hands, and I am endlessly grateful to him for both his expertise and his humanity.
I also want to recognize his physician assistant, Adam, who was absolutely outstanding. He spent hours with my family and me, patiently answering every question and addressing every concern with kindness and clarity. Together, they provided true white‑glove care during the most difficult time of our lives. I am alive today because of Dr. Mansouri and Adam, and I will never be able to thank them enough.

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Christoudias. He is not only an excellent surgeon who performed my hernia operation. He has since graciously agreed to see me whenever I have had any abdominal health concerns and has provided me with extremely thoughtful and helpful recommendations. He is clearly a doctor who cares very much about his patients and people. Toni Ann and Janina are also awesome!

Dr. Mansouri was considerate , competent, and kind. His PA, Adam, and Dr. Mansouri took time to explain everything. Both were patient with our multitude of questions. We highly recommend their practice.
