Rang 3 companies regarding gates .. the lads at helions Forge called me straight back arranged a site visit / arrived on time / did a survey - sent me a few Ai examples via email of how it was going to look - we picked a gate style / we added a couple extras - underground motors & extra fobs & a pedestrian gate - timeframe given / price given - from dates to the price nothing deviated & great communication throughout the process.
Extremely pleased with the new system.
If your thinking of using this company then have please do so-
as stated in line one/ 1st company didnt call back / one guy told me to call original installers but” helions forge”
Took the call took the job & gave me what i needed &

James and Stuart were brilliant from start to finish. It wasn’t a straightforward job at all, and they had to come out several times, but they never gave up on it. They really took the time to figure out the issue properly and came up with practical solutions instead of just suggesting brand new motors, especially given how dated the gate system is. Really appreciate their persistence and problem-solving — couldn’t have asked for better service.

Really great service. They did what they said they would do, the fencing looks great and the installation team were excellent. It was not a straightforward installation but nothing short of perfection was good enough.

Stuart, James and the team were excellent to deal with and kept us in the loop throughout the whole process of having our new automated driveway gates fit.
The gates work very well and have provided better security for our house. They link with our phone for easy opening and closing, and look fantastic.
Would highly reccomend Helions Forge to anyone looking for automated gates, or manual gates.
