The yoga class was smooth and very well conducted. The instructor guided us with calmness and clarity, making it easy to follow along. I felt a deep sense of peace and relaxation throughout the session. Highly recommended!

It’s been a minute since I’ve even to a group practice. Heidi was incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout the class without feeling pedantic. Great class- perfect for a beginner testing the waters with enough independent time for more advanced folks.
