We are incredibly grateful for Heartland Propane. During a bitter winter stretch, I discovered that my previous propane supplier had not kept our tank full as promised—and then told me it would be 7–10 days before they could come out. Our house was down to 45 degrees, and I have four rescued dogs, so this was pretty scary.
I called three other propane companies, and Heartland Propane was the only one who immediately said, “We can help you!” Less than 24 hours later, our home was warm and toasty again.

SHOUTING A GRATEFUL "THANK YOU"! Heartland Propane (Girard) surprised us with a daybreak delivery topping off our tank before a record cold spell. We appreciate everything they and their drivers do to keep us warm! I can't tell you enough how wonderful it is to know they monitor the tank. They've been amazing! If you don't have them, CHANGE!! They offer pre-season price lock, guaranteed discount if you EVER run out, great customer service and are just an all around awesome company. Anyway... I'm saying, "Great Job, Heartland!"
Worked with Heartland to schedule a tank set up along with propane fill. This blessing occurred as planned......exact day of the week, exact time as predicted! Created one very HAPPY customer who is now snug and warm! From the actual phone conversations to plan this arrangement to the office personnel and service/delivery technician this project was handled courteously, promptly, & swiftly around the New Year!
