Unreliable and unresponsive service
They promised me a free resit in writing, but then completely disappeared! They don’t return calls or reply to emails, making it impossible to resolve the issue. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Avoid at all costs.

Worst training experience ever
The service was completely unprofessional, and none of the promised outcomes were achieved. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a training provider. It felt like a complete scam, and I was left deeply disappointed. I cannot recommend this company to anyone and strongly urge others to stay away.

Booked a course after understanding you can use your mobile phone as its an e-course,
However after paying for the course and going through the course details and booking a test, it states you need a laptop and they were willing to provide one.
Due to this, I requested a refund and under their refund policy

Great Course Highly Recommend
Very well laid out, easy to follow and navigate, pictures and diagrams made visualising easier. This is great as a refresh for experienced but most importantly great for the absolute beginner as well. Fabulous for sole traders who are just starting out and need to keep expenses down allowing to PAT Test themselves. I would highly recommend it to anyone and the price is a lot cheaper than many other sites charge making it affordable to all.
