Terrible service Very disappointed, Don’t spend the money with this course. The questions the put on the exams it’s out of the notes !!! What point to do the course? Only they want to take our money’s, I failed 2 times , I past CITB with a first time. And this course terrible! I called them I asked what happened because I failed 2 times and said £45 plus tax to rebooking again . And when I asked why it’s complete different the questions from the notes! And the ANSWER it was you paid cheap course…..! Unbelievable! Stay away of this course it’s £90 but you need a day for course and other day to give the exams! To times per week and the exams it’s 13:00-16:00 o’clock. That’s mean need to lose one more day of work , lose extra money ! Stay AWAY !!!!

Bad Management. Their training and management are terrible. I did the traffic marshal course from them. Took them 2 weeks to send me the card. I have purchased another online course from them: £90.00 | Online CSCS Green Card Course & Test | FREE Resit | Same Day Results | Sale 30% Of While attending the webinar/course, their manager, Stacey W. sent out an email with the wrong test/exam dates & hours. I raised that question in their training webinar; the trainer picked up the phone and phoned her and she still gave us the wrong hour for the exam. After I missed the exam because they give me an hour which was the closing time for the exam. Every time I called, to sort this out, they kept saying their manager is not available ATM and they will get back to me, BUT THEY NEVER DID. Seeing that, obviously, I tried chasing them up, after a few attempts to get hold of their so said manager, the person on the other side of the phone is being rude about me calling too many times, and that I have to give them a breather! That breather has been 1 week now and they never called or emailed back. They just invoiced me £18 for exam resitting and sent a reminder about it. Very nice! Considering that the title of the purchased course states: “FREE Resit” I called them back, a week and a day later, on 21.02.23, and found out that the person that postponed me several times over the phone (and probably being rude) was the director of the company. :-O :-O :-O He refused to offer me the free resit and tried to blame it on me for not attending the exam. Getting a refund was not easy but was possible. I had to report them to Citizen Advice for poor quality of services and lost faith. Claimed my money back through PayPal so be careful with them.
