Haus installed a orangery onto the back of our house. Work has been done to a very high standard with great attention to detail. Work was not rushed. Haus were receptive and responsive to any issues raised including choices of preference ie brick styles. Customer service were readily contactable and the builders and trades people were all friendly and polite. Happy with the job.

UPDATE We had our doors fitted by Haus Installation 2 years ago and overall we are happy with the results. We have had a couple of snags with the back door but they have always come out to remedy it. The latest snag was that the back door would not close properly. We rang and spoke to Nigel and he booked us in right away. Today (10th April 2026)Tom the service engineer came out nice and early and got to work right away. He was very polite and professional and a joy to have. He fixed the back door in about 15 minutes and left a wonderful impression, both in work ethic and personality. Would definately recommend as 5 star service. Original review We have been wanting to change our doors for awhile now and finally decided it was time. We contacted Haus who were super friendly and helpful through the whole process. We got to design the doors to our own preferences and they look amazing (thankyou John Matthews for bringing our ideas to reality) On the day of installation, Tim and Garry were professional and very hard working. There were a few snags(not their fault at all, our old doors were very tricky and old) but they did an absolutely amazing job. Would definately recommend to anyone who wants new doors or any other work done🙂

We have been extremely happy during all our interactions with the Haus team from the initial planning through to the hard work assembling everything on site and then the final finish. Sean helped us create a design that we could be happy with, patiently redrafting according to our opinions whilst making sure we were clear about everything. Adam and Ant did the assembly, initially in awful weather, steadfastly making rapid but considerate progress. The 'finishers' came to plaster and paint as planned and did a great job. Well done Karli and team. Communication has always been timely and reassuring including dealing rapidly with any issues. Everything was perfect. From quotation stage to fitting. A special shout out to my door fitters Bobby and Tyree who were lovely friendly guys. They completed the job to the highest standard, explained everything and made sure I was happy. They tidied everything up and left no sign of their work, just my lovely new door. Great service by everyone at Haus. Had our bay window and patio door replaced. The quality of the windows and workmanship by Lewis and Louie was 1st class. Had our front door replaced by Lewis since my initial review and just wanted to add that the quality and installation of the door was just as good as the previous work completed. Thoroughly recommend Haus Installations!

A disappointing and drawn-out process The installation began smoothly, but the process ended up taking twice as long due to multiple issues. Several key components, like drains and trickle vents, were missed during the first visit and required the team to return three or four times to fix problems, including a leak and poorly installed flashing. It took weeks to get everything right, disrupting our schedule. To make matters worse, just two days after completion, I received a rude payment demand. My request for a price reduction as goodwill for the inconvenience was dismissed, with only a shop voucher offered instead. Initially promising, but the overall experience was frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend.
