Excellent Service & Support from Harrepatti Team I purchased the Niva Bupa Senior First policy through the Harrepatti team and have been associated with them for the last 4 years. My experience with them has been excellent. Had a very good experience with Hareepatti, especially with Gurleen, who personally helped me throughout the health insurance portability process. I was porting my family health insurance policy to HDFC ERGO, and there were quite a few details and documents involved. Gurleen was very responsive, explained the process clearly, helped coordinate the documentation, and followed up throughout the process until the policy was successfully issued. What I particularly appreciated was the personal attention and smooth coordination rather than just handing over a quote and leaving the rest to the customer. Overall, a very professional and hassle-free experience. Would definitely recommend Gurleen and Hareepatti for health insurance requirements.

Because of Gurleen ji it good but it has worst customer support as well as customer care dept. I facing it from 2 years. I taken my policy before 4 yrs. back and from last 2 yrs. hareepatti given me very average service. At last I discontinued my policy and I taken new from other side

I spoke to our customer care team and got to know that your concern was regarding the increasing renewal premium.
However, premium revisions are determined by the insurance company and are not within our control. We always try our best to guide our clients and provide the most suitable options.

We understand that you have now opted for a fresh policy from the same insurer, which may currently have a lower premium. However, please note that premiums may be revised in the future, and a fresh policy may also mean losing continuity benefits and serving applicable waiting periods again.
