I would like to sincerely commend the Hareepatti team, and especially Sheetal Ma’am, for the exceptional support they provided during a particularly difficult time.
I do have a policy with Hareepatti, but this particular issue was related to a policy I had purchased elsewhere and had been running for some time before I got associated with them. The claim had become stuck, and the agent through whom I had purchased the policy had essentially stepped back, saying that there was little he could do to help.
Despite having no obligation to assist with a policy that they were not associated with, the Hareepatti team stepped in. They not only helped get the issue resolved, but also stayed in constant touch with me, keeping me updated and supporting me until the matter was finally sorted. They really did not have to do this, and that is what makes their support stand out. It says a great deal about the kind of organisation Gurleen Mam has built and the values they operate with.
This assistance came at a crucial and extremely stressful time for my family, and I cannot thank the team enough for going beyond what was expected and simply being there when we needed help. A special thanks to Sheetal Ma’am and team for their empathy, ownership, and genuine willingness to help. I sincerely hope Hareepatti continues to grow and continues helping people in this manner.

I took health insurance for my father and mother, it is very nice experience to taking from Haripatti. Whole team helped like anything when ever I need any info/support or even any issue with policy they supported me out of the box..
