Dominic and the team were awesome, they got me a fresh cleanup on a pair of high end tennis shoes and brought them back to life. Additionally the store was excellent in suggesting some new insoles to keep my feet comfortable. Fast service , reasonable prices and a local friendly team. Worth the stop. My wife drove all the way from Alabama to Indiana because she used to live in Greenwood and she always had a lot of shoe repair done there and had so much faith in him she took a very expensive pair of shoes in all she wanted was a little quarter inch heel tab on the bottom. He grabbed the shoe and ripped it right in half and pulled the whole soul off and then he took the other shoe and did the same thing to it he said see these need to be fixed. If there was a -10 Stars he would definitely get it I would never do business or recommend them to my worst enemy ever! Is this app would let me put a picture on I would be very happy to show you.

Super helpful and friendly! I thought i would never be able to wear my new favorite white heels due to a misplaced staple. I went to Hakky's and within seconds he was able to remove the misplaced object, some type of foam or rubber. He saved me so much money and time trying to find a replacement pair! I took 2 pair of Birkenstock sandals in, to have them repaired. I was beyond surprised, with how great they turned out. My Birks got new souls, the cork fixed and the leather polished up. I’ve worn these shoes all over the place and they’ve been my comfort shoes, for Dave Matthews Band concerts. I will take my brown pair in to get cleaned up, here in the next couple of weeks. The customer service and timing of when my shoes would be ready, was spot on and I can’t recommend Hakky enough; for the amazing job on my Birks. Thank you. 😊
