I had boiler bake down right at the beginning of winter when everyone was. Dan tried his best to fit me in even though it as challenging to juggle it with my work. Charlie came out and replaced my boiler, he was tidy polite and efficient. I’ve used these guys for years and couldn’t recommend them enough

We had a problem with our hot water temperature fluctuating.
Mark arrived on time and was clean and tidy in his work. He dismantled several parts of our boiler and cleaned them out, and they were very dirty. I watched him work and he was happy to explain what he was doing and why.
After an hour and a half the boiler was back together and working.
Mark did a great job.Highly recommended

Hackney Heating installed a new boiler with minimum fuss and bother - a very neat and tidy job. The also registered the 10 year warranty as part of the installation process and could produce the paperwork when requested 2 years later. Very happy with the service and would not hesitate to use again.

Needed an emergency boiler repair on a Sunday for my tenants, I spoke to Danny and it was fixed within a couple of hours. My tenants are very pleased they have heating and hot water back so quickly. Hugely impressed with the service and will be using these guys going forward

Developed a leak in the pipework of my central heating system. Almost afraid to call anyone out these days. They're either tea leafs, or have even less idea about plumbing than me! Hackney Heating turned out to be a wise choice. Can't recommend them highly enough. Their superhero Roy did a great job, at a fair price. Everything working fine now. Thank you Hackney Heating. Wouldn't dream of using anyone else in the future.

My underfloor heating hasn’t been working. Pimlico Plumbers spent 7 hours “working on it” ( the guy spent most of the time in his van) and it stopped working again within the month. Mark from Hackney Heating diagnosed the real problem and fixed it in a couple of hours. Tells you everything you need to know really.

Hackney Heating were asked by our landlord to replace our boiler and I thought they were great. They communicated with us directly and made organising the visit really easy. Despite some unusual angles in our flat 😊 they managed to get the boiler installed in a day. It was a pleasure to have them in the flat - they were super friendly and professional - would definitely recommend!
