It was okay. Not much there, and not much was labeled. I can't walk around with a "tour guide" telling me what every plant is and how much it is, and I'm not going to keep asking at every section. I'm not sure if I'll ever go back.

We’re a small working farm and nursery, I do edible landscape design and much of my inventory is used on my jobs so labeling I’m many instances is a waste of time and recourse for me. Also our inventory changes constantly with the seasons and what’s currently growing. I do my best to personally greet visitors, answer questions, and help identify plants and provide pricing, but I completely understand your point that having more plants clearly labeled and priced would make browsing on your own much easier. That’s something I’ll work on improving in some areas.
I’ve put a tremendous amount of work into creating a place where people can not only shop, but also walk around, enjoy the gardens, see how we grow, and learn more about regenerative agriculture. I’m greatly disappointed that wasn’t the experience you had during your visit, but I appreciate the feedback and hope you’ll consider stopping by again as the farm continues to grow and improve. This is also the beginning of the season here in Florida and produce will not be ready for a few more weeks. We are in the process of getting over a really hot summer and maintaining this entire farm on my own while also managing chronic Lyme disease is no easy task but I do it to keep going and to keep providing an amazing place for the community to enjoy!

Growing Back To Eden Farm
The greens are in and growing nicely! Farmer Nick says they will be ready in October. Better than organically grown and the freshest produce around bar none!
We attended the Pick, Paint, Sip night at the farm and what an amazing time we had! Nick is so knowledgeable and friendly. His farm is incredibly beautiful and was the perfect setting for a perfect night with friends. Can not wait to attend another one of his events. 100% recommend!

Growing Back To Eden Farm’s Pick, Paint & Pour experience was truly one of the most enjoyable and memorable evenings we have had in a long time. From the moment we arrived, the entire event felt welcoming, peaceful, and thoughtfully planned. The farm is absolutely beautiful, and being able to slow down, walk through the gardens, and personally select fresh flowers for our own bouquets made the experience feel incredibly special.
There was something almost therapeutic about wandering through the flowers, enjoying the fresh air, and taking in the natural beauty of the farm. It was the perfect way to step away from the usual routine, relax, and simply enjoy the moment. After picking our flowers, we were able to sit together, enjoy a glass of wine, and try our hand at watercolor painting while the sun began to set over the property. The entire setting was stunning and created the perfect atmosphere for creativity, conversation, and laughter.
You certainly do not need to be an experienced artist to enjoy this event. The painting was fun, relaxed, and it was wonderful seeing everyone create something completely different. Every painting and flower arrangement reflected the personality and creativity of the person who made it. There was no pressure to be perfect—just an opportunity to have fun, try something new, and leave with something meaningful that you created yourself.
Farmer Nick was absolutely awesome. When he wasn't running around doing his job, he took time and visited with everyone! His passion for the farm, the community, and creating memorable experiences for people was evident throughout the entire evening. He made everyone feel welcome and was friendly, engaging, attentive, and genuinely excited to share the farm with us. You can tell that a tremendous amount of heart, hard work, and care goes into Growing Back To Eden Farm. This is not simply a business or an event venue, it is a place built around faith, community, sustainability, beauty, and connection.
While we came to celebrate one of our best friends birthday, what made the evening even more meaningful was knowing that participating in an event like this directly supports a local farm and helps them continue growing food, maintaining the gardens, creating educational and community experiences, and sharing this beautiful space with others. It felt good to support something so positive while also having such a wonderful time.

We attended the Pick, Paint, Pour evening at Growing Back to Eden and it was the most magical night! Farmer Nick is the kindest person with such a big heart and ever so talented in everything he has done at the farm. We picked the most beautiful flowers including lavender and zinnias and painted canvases under the stars and beautiful hanging lights. Luna and Willow were the sweetest and kept us laughing with their cute personalities. Just strolling through the gardens and admiring the amazing koi pond and waterfall was so peaceful. We cannot wait to come back for another evening of painting and will definitely be coming for one of the garden dinners this fall!

Update: We came back for the Pick, Paint & Pour event, and had the best time! Neither one of us has ever painted before, but we loved every minute of it. We laughed, met some wonderful people, enjoyed a glass of wine, and just loved being there. The atmosphere is beyond beautiful! We felt such a peace there. This was a fantastic date night, and we’ll definitely be back! 💕
I had a wonderful experience at the farm's painting workshop. The setting was peaceful and beautiful, making it easy to relax and enjoy the creative process. They created a welcoming, encouraging environment, and it was clear they genuinely wanted everyone to have a positive experience, regardless of artistic ability.

Me & two friends experienced a unique & delightful evening at Growing Back to Eden Farm. The Pick, Paint & Pour event which included picking our own flowers, drinking a little wine, eating from a charcuterie table & painting a watercolor picture of our flower arrangement was a perfect outdoor experience. It was a very relaxing evening & we were given plenty of time to socialize, paint & enjoy our surroundings. It was well organized so it’s an easy decision to sign up again ! Thanks Nick & staff!
Our friend group, The Rainbow River Gals attended the Pick, Pour, and Paint event last night. Beautiful atmosphere and peaceful gathering. Everything was provided and Farmer Nick is a charming host.The tranquil evening included a visiting dog and sweet kitten, with Guineas roaming the area. The wildflowers were abundant and had many colors to create an elegant arrangement. A great experience that everyone should indulge themselves and enjoy.

We enjoyed a unique farm-to-table dinner recently at the farm. Met some really nice folks from North Florida and savored an abundance of Greek-inspired dishes. Personally, I despise kale, but the kale spanakopita was delicious! Farmer Nick is passionate about his plants! We’ve enjoyed his vegetables, kimchi, komboucha and a few edible plants for our landscaping. All natural, all delicious!

I had the blessed opportunity to be able to serve at the May and June farm-to-table dinners at the farm this summer, and as someone who has worked more weddings and parties for my own work than I can count I will just say this: never before have I felt so welcomed and had a sense of fluidity with a team that I have never met before, let alone ever worked alongside before! Not only did everyone look out for each other and were ready to jump in to help when needed, but also their kindness and welcoming spirits to guests and friends alike are something that I only hope and pray I can attain to!
Getting to work behind the scenes with setting up/serving/clean-up and also having the opportunity to assist in the farm-stand allowed me to see just how respected and cared-for Nick is by his community for both his hard work, but mainly his faith, and it is a tremendous blessing and encouragement to see and meet someone among my own peers with similar values when it comes to faith, hard work and striving to honor the Lord by tending the land and animals and also serving others in a way that truly embodies 1 Peter 4:9-10, beginning in his own home! (though, Lord knows, I’m still very much working on the latter myself!).
I am so grateful for the opportunity to have been able to serve and bless others these last two dinners and work alongside such kind individuals, and I look forward to helping with as many as I can in the fall as well as the future, if the Lord wills it! I feel like I came home having made several new friends and I look forward to continuing the friendship with these amazing people!!
I would encourage anyone to not only attend the dinners, if possible, but to simply stop by the farm-stand and talk to Nick about his mission and vision for the community!

Enjoyed a wonderful, well executed dinner in a beautiful environment! Everyone was welcoming and sooo sweet! The food was delicious. Tables were gorgeous, once the sun set it truly looked like my dreams out there! Would definitely recommend others to try!
My wife and I attended our first dinner at Growing back to Eden. It was a fantastic experience and we enjoyed every minute of our evening. We meet some very precious people as well. We can't wait for our next experience. Nick is a great host with a pure heart.
The farm is truly remarkable and I am so glad I got to visit and got some delicious fresh vegetables directly from the garden to my basket. Farmer Nick was so humble and very welcoming which made me feel really comfortable and at home. I intend to attend one of his farm to table events in the near future. I highly recommend, this was the best farm visit and I only wish I could have arrived earlier so I could take it all in for a little while longer.

Nick's Farm-to-Table Dinner is a must!
Our team and families from Ranch Wedding Events recently attended one of Nick's Farm-to-Table Dinners, and it was truly one of the best business and family outings we've experienced.
Even when unexpected rain rolled in, Nick and his team handled everything flawlessly. Within minutes, they beautifully relocated the entire event to the covered porch area. Guests remained comfortable while still enjoying stunning views of the gardens, the custom-built koi pond, and the peaceful waterfall.
What could have been a challenge became an even more memorable part of the evening, thanks to their professionalism, preparation, and attention to detail.
The atmosphere was incredible—peaceful, welcoming, and relaxing. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home.
Our server was attentive and friendly, ensuring every guest had a wonderful experience. The chef deserves 10 stars. Each course was beautifully presented, packed with flavor, and reflected the care and passion that make these Farm-to-Table Dinners so special.
The prayer Nick wrote and said before the meal was so heartfelt and live music created such a great intro to the experience. From the beautifully maintained property and gardens to the exceptional food and warm hospitality, every detail was thoughtfully executed.
We highly recommend Nick's Farm-to-Table Dinner and farm to anyone seeking a unique and memorable dining experience. We are already looking forward to hosting a private event with Nick at the farm in the future.
