Service seems to have went well. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. There were grease prints from the fingers/hands around the car from the tire rotation/oil change. And it wasn’t cleaned. I noticed it when I got home. You guys are normally on top of the cleanliness upon leaving. But not this time.

Very nice staff. They assisted me as soon as I pulled up to service department. My service advisorwas super nice and extremely helpful. The whole appointment took approximately 90 mins from arriving to departure. They took extra care with my truck and made sure the recall was taken care of before I left. I would highly recommend this service department to anyone needing service on their GMC or Cadillac. Very happy customer

The people at this dealership think they're superior to everyone. They look down on you, if you're buying over a 100K car from them. It was the biggest mistake I ever made driving down to Greenwood from Fishers. NEVER AGAIN WILL LOCKHART GAIN MY BUSSINESS.
