Joe arrived when expected and went right to work. He replaced both springs, installed a new (and much-improved) Liftmaster garage door opener, replaced the old torn weather seal and inspected my other door. He checked his work, tolerated my numerous questions and comported himself in an extremely professional and courteous manner. My experience with Grandview was exceptional all the way around. From the planing and ordering stage, all the way through installation, just exceptional! I want to thank them for making an unscheduled trip to my property and measuring my garage door height so I could start a mezzanine project above the garage door.

Working by himself, he was able to complete I’m sure a difficult task. During the installation phase, he suffered from a minor accident that forced him to end the day. I’m sure if he wasn’t encouraged to seek medical attention he would have stayed and completed the project…
The following work day he came back and completed the project, once again by himself. He was extremely professional and amazing to work with! It shows an incredible amount of dedication, commitment and professionalism that Grandview Garage Doors, and its employees strive for in their business.

Woke up to 2 broken garage door springs, within 2 hours, Joe came out and did a great job. He talked us through the process and was very fast and professional with the install! Highly recommend!
Joe arrived on time, was very personable and professional. The work was done in a timely and efficient manner and the fee was quite reasonable.
Extremely happy with Matt‘s service and fixing my garage door. He educated me and helped point out a few things to help with the garage maintenance easy to work with and I am very happy with using this company again.
