We do want to clarify that our monthly reservations are structured around our established billing cycle, and when a stay is extended, there may be prorated daily charges necessary to align the reservation with that cycle. This is not determined by which team member is working at the front office.

We also understand your concerns regarding Wi-Fi and daytime noise. Our Wi-Fi is provided as a complimentary amenity, and because it is a shared campground network, speeds can vary and may not always support streaming. As an active RV resort, normal daytime activity can also vary throughout the property. Our laundry facility is available for the convenience of our guests; however, we understand that it can become warm during Florida’s summer months, and we appreciate you bringing this concern to our attention.

We take concerns about guest treatment, privacy, and park policies very seriously. Our security cameras are installed only in public common areas to help ensure the safety and security of our guests and are not intended to monitor the interiors of tents or RVs.

Our staff strives to communicate park rules consistently and respectfully. We regret if there was any misunderstanding regarding temporary structures or other policies. At no time do we require guests to remove or change a review in exchange for an exception to our rules.

Regarding the bathhouses, they remain accessible to registered guests, and we routinely stock them with hand soap and maintain them throughout the day. We also investigate reports of insects or other maintenance concerns as soon as they are brought to our attention.

If you would be willing to discuss your stay further, we encourage you to contact our management team directly so we can better understand your concerns.

We understand how stressful it can be to maneuver a larger RV when you don't feel you have enough room, and we're sorry that navigating our roads took away from your overall experience. Cape Kennedy RV Resort has been a campground for many years, and while many guests love the character and shade provided by our mature oak trees, we recognize that the established layout can feel more challenging than newer parks with wider roadways.
