We’re sorry you’re disappointed. Your cancellation fell outside the refund window outlined in our cancellation policy on our website and the reservation confirmation email you received when you booked your reservation, so your reservation was not eligible for a refund. We stayed in spot 101. Those are the cleanest bathrooms I have ever seen. Thank you Daryl and kaielle for all your hard work. When we checked in I didn’t have the cable hooked up to my tv correctly and the maint man Dustin? Helped us out and made sure we were all hooked up correctly

This place is a KOA Campground we went there for my son's wedding we rented a cabin I swear I would go back a hundred times over best place I have ever been to in a long time love the camping except for it was a bit hot. For a bonfire or barbecue

Campground convenient to I95. Nice pool. Friendly and helpful staff. But some small permanent residents are nosey and pushy. Some sites are small.

We’re sorry you were unable to make your scheduled arrival and understand that unexpected changes to travel plans can be frustrating. Our cancellation policy is provided to you as a link on our website and also in the email you receive when you book a site. The policy applies consistently to all reservations. For short-term stays of fewer than 14 continuous days, cancellations made less than 15 days before the scheduled arrival date are subject to forfeiture of the full reservation payment. Since this reservation was made on September 14 for a September 17 arrival, it fell within that 15-day cancellation window.

We understand that this may not have been the outcome you hoped for, but we do our best to apply our published policies fairly and consistently to every guest. We appreciate your feedback and wish you safe travels.

Beautifully landscaped and well maintained park with mature trees, pool, mini dog park, playground, laundry, and an ultra clean newly renovated bath house. It felt cozy. The roads and concrete pads were a bit narrow, but our 44 ft Class A fit ok in a pull-thru. They have cabins and a variety of camp spots (grass, gravel, concrete). Visitors are a mix of semi-permanent residents and weekend warriors. The staff was pleasant and were out maintaining the property every day. The campground is close to lots of things to do in the area. We enjoyed our time there.

We stayed at Cape Kennedy RV Resort for one night while in town for a rocket launch and really enjoyed our stay. The log cabins were charming, and the entire property was very clean and well maintained. The bathrooms have been newly remodeled and were especially nice. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Daryl clearly takes a lot of pride in keeping the grounds clean and inviting, and it shows throughout the property. A great little place to stay if you’re visiting the area, especially for a rocket launch! We would definitely stay here again.

Daphne in the club house was so cool and knowledgeable about everything ; she was very professional. I enjoyed my stay along with my 2 daughters. They loved the pool and the ducks that roam the property. Laundry room is very nice and convenient.
