I had a very disappointing experience with Froad English Coaching. The quality of teaching did not match what was promised during enrollment. The classes were unorganized, and most of the time was wasted on irrelevant topics instead of actual spoken English practice. The trainers lacked proper communication skills themselves, and there was hardly any personal attention or feedback for improvement.
Despite multiple complaints, no proper action was taken to improve the learning environment. It felt more like a business focused on collecting fees rather than helping students grow. I would not recommend this institute to anyone serious about learning English. Please do proper research before joining

I joined BigBen English Speaking Institute, Sector 62, Noida, for the Public Speaking course, with a confirmed batch timing of 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM, as discussed clearly with both the owner and the staff before joining. I had made it very clear multiple times that I could only attend during this specific time slot, and I was assured that my batch would run accordingly.
However, after joining, I experienced consistent mismanagement and complete disregard for punctuality. The tutor, Mr. Manav Jain, arrived late almost every day — often students were left waiting for 1 to 2 hours with no explanation or update. Despite being a professional institute, there seemed to be no structure, discipline, or accountability.
Moreover, there was no separate batch for Public Speaking. Beginners, intermediate students, and people with different goals were all grouped together, making the learning experience chaotic and ineffective.
I raised my concerns multiple times and was told my time slot would be fixed — but it’s been over a month now, and there has been no response to my calls or messages. The lack of professionalism and poor communication has left me deeply disappointed.
I would not recommend BigBen to anyone who values their time and money. I joined with hopes of improving my skills but ended up wasting both.
I request the management to either fix the issues or process a refund, as the service promised was never delivered.

Probably the best online courses for different languages. I have started learning Chinese which is worlds most difficult language to learn but the teachers here are teaching very well. The teachers here are like friends and are always helpful. They are making this difficult language very easy for me and I am lucky that I joined their courses.
